Practice process:
In the first two or three days of the whole process, I did not rush to carry out substantive teaching activities. I first read through the student's homework and test papers for the first semester, and I learned some things from my parents. I have a basic understanding of the basic situation of the student: because the student has been living in the school, the parents are less managed, resulting in learning. In the long-term slack and poor foundation, in response to the above situation, I have developed a three-step coaching plan for the student: “Consolidating the Foundation – Gradually Improving – Learning ahead”:
The first phase of "solid foundation":

After about a week of practice, the student's speed and accuracy of 26 reading and writing have reached a satisfactory level. I don't think there is much method or skill in this stage of teaching. The key is the level of proficiency, the so-called "practice makes perfect." So in the past two weeks, I took some of my own letter cards every day to make him deeper and consolidate.
Because it is a relatively naughty student in the middle school, in order to improve his interest in learning, I found a lot of movies and short films about English on the Internet. In this way, both the purpose of improving his interest in learning, and his impressive impression of the 26 English letters, but also exercise listening.
The above-mentioned steps have taken a long time, but I think that "the knife is not mistakenly cut the firewood", only the solid foundation can be used to carry out the teaching smoothly.
The second phase is the “gradual improvement” phase:
Because the first stage of work is solid, the student rarely makes mistakes when dictating letters, and the writing is neat and beautiful. However, the student has great difficulties in "pronunciation". In solving this problem, I am following the principle of "gradual progress." I consulted the teacher and started implementing my training program. I insisted on reading every class, and I bought a Chinese audio-recording tape from the bookstore, so that he kept listening and encouraged him to imitate it. I also downloaded a lot of good English songs from the Internet. He gave it to him when he was off class! "Kung Fu pays off," after this counseling, the student's pronunciation has been greatly improved.
The third stage, the "advance learning" stage: that is, do some exercises on the third grade content. In order to teach this part well, I read the English textbooks in the first three volumes in advance. At this stage, I did not make too strict requirements and exert too much pressure on the birth.
Because now if he is taught too well, when they really go to class, he will not have any thoughts! I just have a little bit of guidance. I will help him list the more difficult words and teach him how to read and remember. In addition, I also reminded him of some words that are easy to be wrong, so that he can pay more attention in the future!
Practice results: Finally, let the student do the simulation papers, the scores can reach 90 points or more, the basic knowledge is very solid; the words in the book are more than half, the new texts are fluent, and the expected results are basically achieved.
Practical experience summary:
First, I need to "concentrate: I have invested a lot of energy for this practice. Although I don't know the knowledge of the middle school, I still have the materials and teaching materials to concentrate on preparing lessons, and strive to come. In terms of knowledge, it is accurate and correct; in addition to "teaching what", I am not sloppy in "how to teach". I read "Professional Psychology", "Development Psychology", Chinese and English teaching methods and other professional books. The Internet has inquired about the exchange of experience and carried out teaching activities under the premise of fully respecting the laws governing the physical and mental development of young people.
Second, learning work requires “patience”: for a 14-year-old second-year student, his acceptance of knowledge, the way he remembers, and his ability have limitations and constraints. We cannot learn from teaching. Self-subjective departure "take it for granted". It is necessary to analyze the obstacles encountered by students in their study, and repeat it to him. He should also reflect on his own teaching methods in a timely manner, and avoid "simple and reckless".
Third, the school work should be "communication": in teaching, it is not possible to "close the door to build a car", "one leaf is blind, not see Taishan", to communicate more with the outside world, to master more information and enrich your teaching background. I paid attention to the communication with the parents. On the one hand, a deeper understanding of the students' situation is conducive to my "targeting"; on the other hand, I timely feedback the teaching progress to the parents in time, which is conducive to the cooperation and support of the parents. At the same time, I also consulted many of my former teachers, and their experience has given me great help.
Fourth, engaging in teaching requires "love" and "responsibility": middle school students need a lot of care and understanding from teachers. They should always be accompanied by smiles. Don't always criticize people. People are encouraging in progress, especially middle school students, because they bear Frustration is limited. Criticism will make him feel inferior.
In short, the teacher is the most brilliant career under the sun. I feel that a middle school teacher should learn to analyze the characteristics of middle school students, have the spirit of dedication and dedication, and have a higher comprehensive quality and profound knowledge.

Trap 5: Insincere repetitive requests for trials, intentions are free. Because it was a trial, everyone did not get paid, but the parents got seven or eight free tutor services. "I suspect that he simply wants to take possession of our labor for free."
For the above-mentioned "traps", it is best to rely on the formal institutions such as the school tutoring center to make effective protection of their rights and interests. The school tutoring center will generally record the parent's ID number and detailed home address and contact information, confirm the sincerity of the parents to hire tutors, and sign an agreement with the parents to ensure that the wages are paid in place, the personal safety during the lecture, etc. Feedback from parents to improve the quality of tutoring.
