After that, I will teach them five sentences every day. After reading them, I will prepare the situational dialogues I prepared in advance. Everything I learned every day asked them to take a little time to get back after work. Some employees are still very cooperative, have strong ability to accept, and take the initiative to back down, but also encountered some employees, learning attitude is not serious, very exclusive. In the face of these elders, I am a bit overwhelmed, but I still give them a good time in the classroom, whether it is good for the hotel or for myself, so I hope that everyone will study hard.
Perhaps it is with a few days of study, some employees feel more and more difficult, they actually do not come to class. After the manager knew it, he was very angry and gave them a horse. If he didn’t pass the exam after one month of study, he would be dismissed. No such situation has occurred since then. Everyone is very cooperative with the class, and it is very hard. During the training, I also used a spare time to design a service guide booklet for the hotel, so that customers can better understand the hotel's services. Some of the computer skills I learned during the last semester were all used. Sometimes I also helped the office's accountant to sort out the bills.
