1. As a deputy to the National People's Congress, we must first understand the law. When we encounter problems, we must use the standards of laws and regulations to measure and solve problems. 4. For the people's congress deputies elected by the community cadres and community residents, it is my basic duty to do a good job in community work and do practical things for the people.
