I. In-depth investigation and clearing of ideas before embarking on cultural tourism jobs, because I have been working in townships for many years, I don’t know much about the development of cultural tourism in the county. After taking office, in the face of this new work, I feel deeply responsible, lest I have the trust of the organization, leadership and people. In order to enter the role as soon as possible, I started from the investigation and research, familiar with the situation, went deep into the grassroots, thoroughly understood the situation, figured out the family, and mastered the first-hand materials. First, in-depth 12 units of the system and two municipal management units with similar business conducts interviews, and talked with unit leaders, general employees, and retired cadres to understand the work of the unit, the status of the leadership team, and the ideological dynamics of the cadres and workers; In 14 counties and towns in the county, conduct investigations and studies to understand the status quo, existing problems and future ways of grassroots cultural construction. Third, deepen the cultural market of the county, conduct unannounced visits, and grasp the total quantity, structure and status quo of the county's cultural market. Through in-depth investigation and research, we have comprehensively grasped the basic situation of the county's cultural tourism work, identified the key points of the county's cultural tourism industry development, and brainstormed ideas, clarified the work ideas, and proposed the overall development ideas of the county's cultural tourism work. Focusing on one center, highlighting two key points, realizing three breakthroughs, and doing a good job in four tasks, that is, building a center around cultural tourism counties, highlighting the culture of prosperity, more quality and tourism, and more benefits. It is a nationally advanced county and a province's cultural relics county. It has deep cultural heritage, rich cultural relics and tourism resources, and has a unique advantage in developing cultural tourism. As the director of cultural tourism, I am well versed in this. In the past two years, with the exploration of Zhou culture and the cultural connotation of the three countries as a breakthrough, the main line of characteristic tourism, giving full play to the advantages of tourism resources, highlighting characteristics and deep development, and achieved good social and economic benefits.
The first is to promote publicity and raise awareness. In the past two years, we have publicized the multi-angle and all-round publicity through news media, large-scale publicity cards, provincial and city tourism activities, and online publicity. Attractions such as Zhougong Temple and Zhuge Liang Temple have been interviewed by news media such as the Central, Shengshi TV Station, Zhejiang Satellite TV and Fujian Southeast TV. The planning and printing of the propaganda paintings of the famous writer Jia Pingwa, which promoted the Lushan Tourism and the Zizi Noodle, expanded the popularity of Lushan. Every year, we plan to hold a county tourism promotion promotion meeting and invite many travel agencies in Shengshi to participate. In September last year, the organization of Zhougong Temple and Zhuge Liang Temple participated in the “Tourism Promotion Caravan” activity of the city, and went to Gansu, Ningxia, Shanxi and other four provinces and nine cities for publicity and promotion. The second is to develop and create cultural tourism brands. In the past two years, I have always taken the development and construction of scenic spots as a major task of the overall work, aiming at creating a first-class scenic spot, trying to find ways to increase investment and accelerate the pace of tourism development. A total of more than 1.4 million yuan of self-raised funds have been hardened, greened and beautified at Zhougong Temple and Zhuge Liang Temple before the Zhouyuan Fengchu site. The Zhougong Temple Taizheng Hall and Xian Temple, Zhuge Liang Temple Bell and Drum Tower and Shanmen have been repaired and repaired. Attaching great importance to strengthening safety and grasping the work of cultural relics in the past two years, we adhere to the principle of “prevention first, protection first, safety first, effective use” and strengthen cultural relics. We have realized the absolute value of cultural relics and field artifacts for three consecutive years. Safety.
The first is a sound mechanism. Since 2002, the bureau and various cultural and administrative units have set up cultural relics security agencies headed by the main leaders of the unit, implemented security personnel, and trained the county cultural relics protection correspondents every year to improve and perfect the “dual track integration” system for cultural relics protection. . At the beginning of each year, I also signed the "Responsibility Book for the Protection of Cultural Relics" with the main responsible persons of various cultural and literary units, decomposed the responsibility step by step, and presided over the special meeting on cultural relics safety to fully implement the safety responsibility.

At the end of last year, after the discovery of oracle bones at the Zhujiaxiang site in our county, the number 38 characters and the turtle's back bone were the highest in the country, which caused a sensation. In order to further promote the publicity and excavation work, and to launch the brand of the county culture of the county, I have contacted the experts of the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau, the Peking University Archaeological Team and the Provincial Archaeological Institute for many times. In the past two years, we have always adhered to the direction of advanced culture, focusing on the implementation of fine arts and cultural projects, and enriching people's cultural life, and cultural work has been further strengthened.
The first is to pay attention to the creation of literary and artistic works. Since taking office, I have always regarded literary and artistic creation as the focus of cultural work, and I have taken it on the agenda, focusing on the creation of professional and amateur literary talents. At the beginning of my tenure, I presided over the revision and improvement of the "Yishan County Literature and Art Creation Plan" and "Yishan County Drama Creation Awards" and other policies, which laid a good foundation for the prosperity of literature and art creation. Since 2002, the county has a total of poetry, novels and prose. More than 400 works, such as paintings and calligraphy, and photography, were published in newspapers and magazines above the city. Some of them also won national and prefecture-level awards. The script "Zi'er Daddy" and "County Order Bun" were awarded the first prize of the provincial TV drama essay contest and the second prize of the city's new repertoire creation. The towns and towns of Daying, Zaolin, Wuzhangyuan, Qinghua and Jingdang have implemented cultural station sites, and the establishment of municipal-level culturally advanced townships is progressing smoothly. We will try our best to attract more funds and make full efforts to build key projects. Third, attach importance to supervision, and the criticism, opinions and suggestions of the people's congress deputies according to law are not only the focus, difficulty and hot issues of the general public, but also a barometer to test the quality of our work. To this end, since taking office, he has attached great importance to the "two cases" to handle the work, consciously implement the various decisions, resolutions, and self-improvement of the county people's congress and its standing committee, and work hard.
First, grasp the bill. In the past two years, the bureau has undertaken 14 tasks in the "two cases", including 6 proposals. In order to run these proposals and give the people's representatives a satisfactory answer, I have presided over the meeting of the heads of the stock offices and supervisors who held the tasks, and made specific requests for the method steps, principles, time limits, etc., and always asked questions. The progress has made everything answered, and the pieces have fallen. Strengthening the management of Internet cafes and game halls has always been the focus of attention of NPC deputies and parents. In this regard, they also attach great importance to it. They have repeatedly inquired about Internet cafes, conducted investigations, and studied management methods to strengthen the Internet cafes and game halls. Supervise and inspect, strictly control the entry of minors, and implement a "one-time death" dynamic management mechanism for Internet cafes, so that the business order of Internet cafes has been fundamentally improved.

Although I have done a certain job since I took office, there are still many gaps compared with the requirements of the party and the people. There are still some problems and deficiencies. The main performances are as follows: First, insufficient efforts to grasp the cultural tourism industry, insufficient funding has constrained the development of the cause; second, tourism development is relatively slow, features are not prominent enough, and attractions and facilities do not meet certain requirements; third, grassroots cultural construction is relatively weak, professional The talents are not connected to the green; the fourth is the lack of cultural market management personnel, and the team needs to be further strengthened. In response to these problems, I will seriously overcome and work hard to improve in the future work. I will gradually solve them during my tenure. I must closely focus on the construction and development of the “Cultural Tourism Development Benefit Year” activities in cultural tourism counties, and focus on the following aspects. jobs:

The second is to strengthen tourism publicity and development and develop the tourism industry. Taking the Xi'an Tourism Promotion Conference as an opportunity, we will further increase the propaganda and development efforts, publicize Lushan in all directions and from various angles, and continuously improve the visibility of our county. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the development and utilization of existing resources, activate the potential of tourism resources, develop and expand the tourism industry, and foster new growth points in the county economy.
The third is to actively implement the fine arts and cultural projects and prosper the cause of literature and art. It is necessary to further work on the word "fine", do a good job in literary and artistic creation, encourage literary and artistic talents to produce more quality products, vigorously promote the "five-one" project, realize a good play of the year, a good painting and calligraphy work, and an influential one.
