Adapt to the development needs of the Group, play the role of propaganda and report, and strive to do a good job in the "Zhongguancun Construction" newspaper, "Zhongguancun Construction Jingwei" magazine and company website, to ensure the timely publication and distribution of a newspaper and a magazine: 2004 publication "Zhongguancun Construction" reported 32 issues, published 1306 manuscripts; "Zhongguancun Construction Jingwei" magazine 5, published 181 manuscripts. In the second half of 2004, the website of Zhongguancun Construction was upgraded and the homepage was revised and improved. The current Zhongguancun construction website has been able to achieve dynamic management and achieve independent operation and maintenance. The further improvement of the three propaganda carriers has established a good platform for internal and external propaganda work.
2. Do a good job in publicity, planning, and reporting of major events: In the four major years of the company's establishment, group work meetings, seminars, project completion and other major activities, on the one hand, cooperate with relevant departments to propose publicity plans for activities, and another The company actively carried out key reporting work and gave employees a comprehensive understanding of the company's development. In addition to the organization of the manuscript, it also carefully arranged the camera and photography work, and reported it in all directions and from multiple angles, which provided a favorable guarantee for the publicity effect. For the first and fourth editions of the "Zhongguancun Construction News" that I am specifically responsible for, each issue is carefully drafted and revised. The manuscript of the first edition strives to accurately grasp the pulse of the company. The fourth edition strives to be energetic, individual and distinctive. In the past year, I have written a total of 54 reports.
3. Strengthen departmental construction and system construction, and continuously improve the overall work level of the system: In order to meet the overall requirements of the publicity work, I timely adjusted the division of labor of the departmental staff, and always stressed the need to strengthen the department's business learning, including my personal business. Learn. Under the premise of not affecting our work, we will strive to create various business training opportunities for our employees and continuously improve our business skills and quality. 4. Cooperating with the company's four-year annual activities, it has carried out targeted reports on many news media such as "Wangwang" magazine, "Economic Observer", "Beijing Youth Daily" and "Construction Market Newspaper". More than 200 articles were published. Based on the good cooperation relationship with the media and based on the strength of the company, Zhongguancun Construction won the honorary title of “The First China Blue Chip Real Estate” in 2004, and became one of the 18 comprehensive real estate companies in the country, which expanded the influence of the company. , established a company image and improved the visibility of the company.

Third, as the person in charge of the propaganda department, the capture, grasp and response of external information are not sensitive enough. The professional quality and cultural heritage of the individual are not deep enough, and further study is needed; work experience needs further accumulation;
Fourth, personal personality is more anxious, sometimes the work requirements are too high, affecting the work effect, but also need to further improve the artistry of the work.
