For the work of this team, I fully grasp the operation rules of each type of work, and after analysis and comparison, further refine the safety measures of each position. In combination with the actual production on site, in-depth procedures, touch the safety hazards of various types of work, timely discover and rectify problems, and do a good job in the card control of the "three sources." After deep investigation, I discovered and dealt with 28 hidden dangers of personal and driving safety during the year. Through repeated comparisons and drawing on other people's experiences, this year I proposed a series of 15 proposals on safety rationalization to the workshop, and designed and updated the beam and screw, which relieved the staff. Labor intensity reduces work time.
