For the work of this team, I fully grasp the operation rules of each type of work, and after analysis and comparison, further refine the safety measures of each position. After deep investigation, I discovered and dealt with 28 hidden dangers of personal and driving safety during the year. Through repeated comparisons and drawing on other people's experiences, this year I proposed a series of 15 proposals on safety rationalization to the workshop, and designed and updated the beam and screw, which relieved the staff. Labor intensity reduces work time.
