Logistics work report

In the past year, I have done some logistical work under the guidance of the party’s educational line. In order to do a good job in logistics and ensure that the school's education and teaching work is carried out smoothly, I specifically grasp the following tasks.
1. Before starting school, focus on the work of desks and chairs. According to the number of students in school this year, when I have insufficient equipment, I will order 100 desks, 150 stools, and organize 50 sets of staff to repair and match the quantity on time. At the same time, organize personnel to renovate the classrooms and blackboards of the teaching building, purchase various teaching supplies for teachers, improve teaching equipment, and arrange the registration and charging of the staff to make the school start smoothly.
2. At the beginning of the school, we must promptly formulate various rules and regulations. In the logistics work, there are "Administrative Leadership Responsibilities", "Attendance System for Teachers and Students", "School Property Management System", "Student Accommodation Management System", "Student's Canteen, Stall Management System", "Student Care for Public Servants" Management System and so on. Do things according to the system, and manage people by system.
3. According to the work process of the school, the school leadership team is responsible for the management of school education and teaching. One to two weeks, we will do a good job in the freshmen's entrance education work, improve and consolidate the better-based classes, and play the leading role of these classes in all aspects of school work. For classes with poor foundations, strengthen their strength, conscientiously do a good job, and guard against chaos. Then, they will learn the style and educate students through various ways to cultivate students' good study habits and tough learning quality.
4. Strengthen the management of teachers and students' lives. At the beginning of the school, first arrange the accommodation and food for the students, then do the management of the canteens and stalls of the students. Strictly ask the canteens and stalls to be healthy. The environmental hygiene of the canteen should always be kept clean. The school leaders often go deep into the cafeteria. Check the supervision and find that the problem is solved in time. The doors and windows of the teachers and students' dormitory were broken, and the personnel were organized for maintenance. In the bath and urinals, the staff was expanded and now basically meet the needs of teachers and students. At present, during the dry season, the water for teachers and students is scarce. We prohibit others from pumping water from the well. In order to facilitate the water for teachers and students, we built a pool above the big well, and arranged for people to pump water from the big well into the pool for teachers and students to use, which solved the practical difficulties of teachers and students.
V. Grasp the work of rectifying the campus environment. The rectification and beautification of the campus environment is very important. The campus environment is beautiful, the air is fresh and sunny, clean and tidy, and teachers and students can learn and work in a relaxed and happy mood. Therefore, in the environmental remediation, we divide the entire environmental sanitation district of the school into various classes, and strictly require that all classes should always be kept clean. The General Affairs Office is required to check once a week, good praise, bad criticism, and emphasis on doing well in time. The year-end general assessment, and the overall evaluation results are listed as the performance evaluation content. We also rectified the school's venues, sports fields, planting trees, planting flowers, planting fruit, and greening the school environment.
6. Strengthen health and safety work. In order to do a good job in school health and safety, I conducted a comprehensive inspection of the school's food hygiene and safety work, carefully examined the school's canteen, and the small stir-fry around the school. Also in the classroom, laboratory, library, teacher and student dormitory to view the circuit. Safety precautions such as laboratory items and corridor railings. It is also required to strictly increase the safety alert of the canteens of the student canteens and the canteens, and strictly control the melons that are easy to cause food poisoning. While focusing on food poisoning, we will also increase publicity and education, and educate all students on food hygiene and prevention of food poisoning through healthy common sense courses, so as to improve students' self-prevention ability and ensure their healthy growth.
7. Strengthen the management of residential students. In order to do a good job in the management of residential students, in addition to arranging the rotation of the school police officers, the school leaders often go deep into the inspection and supervision of the student dormitory, strictly manage, and do not allow students to gossip, sleep or gather in the dormitory during school hours; Loudly screaming during breaks, disturbing others' rest; not damaging the school's windows and doors, sleeping beds or scribbling on the wall, scribbling, doodles, and nailing; not arbitrarily pulling electricity, installing sockets, cooking on electric stoves in the dormitory Wait, if you find it is handled strictly.
In the past year, although I have done these tasks and achieved a little achievement, they are still far from the requirements of the party. There are still some problems.
1. The school's school appearance and rectification have not met the requirements.
2. The water wells in the school are not enough. The water for teachers and students is scarce during the dry season.
3. The stool does not meet the requirements.
