I. Teaching Methods and Methods The six years I have participated in the work can be said to be the years of continuous reform and exploration of Chinese teaching. In the past few years, the Municipal and District Education Bureau has continuously advocated reforms to encourage bold innovation in teaching. Under the guidance of this kind of teaching thought, I also tried hard to explore, boldly tried, and gradually explored a set of methods suitable for my own teaching. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in class, to play the main role of students, and to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, I have taken the following measures and methods:
1. Firmly grasp the "reading" link, so that the classroom of Chinese teaching is full of reading sounds.
The old saying goes: "The book is read a hundred times, its meaning is self-evident", and it is the importance of "reading". When I was in class, I focused on reading, but I also paid attention to the way and method of reading. The "reading" of "Nan Guo's bragging" style has no effect. In terms of methods and methods, I divide "reading" into individual "reading", group "reading", taking "reading", robbing "reading", and contesting "reading". Among the students' favorite is the competition "reading". The specific operation is like this. I divide the whole class into four groups, group by unit, and then read the game. When a group is "reading", the other groups listen. After the group is read, the other groups indicate that the group has read the wrong word during the "reading" process. Wrong 10 points, then the final score of this group is credited to their total semester, and rewards at the end of the semester. Because of such a strong competitive mechanism, the enthusiasm of students to participate in class is quite high, most of them can find out the words that others have read wrong, and it is their turn to be very serious when they read. It turns out that this "reading" effect is good.
2, pay attention to the art of classroom questioning, introduce a competitive mechanism, and let students think positively in class.
Questioning is an art. Teachers often ask questions when they are in class. If the questions raised by teachers are too big, too general, and too difficult, it is difficult to arouse the spark of students' thinking. In order to solve this problem well, I made serious preparations before each class, and I was very aware of the questions that I had to ask at the time of class. When students want to answer questions, I ask different students to answer the questions about the students. Because the problem is designed reasonably, it is much easier for students to accept it. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in class, I often take the group competition method to let students find problems and solve problems. This approach is the same as the method of reading aloud competitions introduced earlier. Students are very welcome to this method. In order to glory for this group, they can all think positively and the atmosphere of the group discussion is quite enthusiastic. The enthusiasm of students to participate in class is high, and the effect of class is naturally good.
3. Exploring and researching new teaching methods, new types of classes, and comprehensively improving students' language quality.
The instrumental characteristics of the Chinese class determine that this subject is hard to learn by rote memorization. It does not reflect how much Chinese knowledge you understand, but a comprehensive improvement of language literacy, which is emphasized in listening and speaking. , read and write "four aspects. This kind of improvement of ability is not enough by Chinese classroom teaching. Under the urging of this teaching concept, I constantly explore and try new teaching methods and new types. In one semester, I have continuously opened such as "reading contest", "speech competition", "endorsement competition", "chao code competition", "finding typos competition", "idiom solitaire competition", "IQ game competition" ", "writing competition", "storytelling competition", "speaking joke competition", "composition segment description competition" and so on. The development of these vivid and interesting classes is not only a useful supplement to the content of the classroom teaching, but also arouse the students' love for the language course, so that they can "love learning" and "learning" for the language subject. At the same time, their language ability and language literacy are also unconsciously improved in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Practice has proved that students like this class very much, which is the direction that I will continue to explore and work harder in the future.
4. Use multimedia teaching to improve the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching.
In recent years, multimedia teaching has quietly emerged in Chinese teaching. Because of its combination of text, sound, image and animation, multimedia teaching has a strong sensibility and fun, so it has been warmly welcomed by the students. Since the effect of using multimedia teaching is better, I use my spare time to step up my research and study hard. I have gradually mastered this new teaching method and applied it appropriately to make Chinese lessons achieve better results.
For example, there are two articles in the textbook of the middle school. The "Bai Xue Ge sent the military judge to return to Beijing" and Mao Zedong's "Yuan Yuan Chun. Snow" are famous articles of the ages, and the poetic rhythm expressed in the poems is beautiful. The artistic conception, the author's broad mind and spirit, are deeply infected with students. However, there is a key issue here. The whole article is based on snow. Snow plays a vital role in enhancing the perception and aesthetic ability of poetry. However, the students in Guangzhou have never seen snow, but they have got a little vague understanding from the TV screen. If the students' perception of the snow scene is not deepened at this time, even if the students know the text well, they will not be able to taste the inner beauty of the poetry. Then this class is a failure. In order to deepen students' ability to recognize and perceive snow before class, I downloaded a lot of snow pictures from the Internet, and then made them into courseware, and demonstrated them during class, so that they created a good teaching in class. The situation also strongly mobilized the enthusiasm of the students in class. Throughout the class, the students are all overwhelmed, which is the result of the traditional teaching model.
In the language teaching for several years, I deeply realized that the key to Chinese teaching is a "living" character. Deadly deduction of books and rote memorization are absolutely impossible achievements. The understanding of "living" is diverse, there are changes in teaching models, and there are updates in teaching methods that vary from person to person. I can use the word "live" in Chinese teaching, and I am not limited to one, so my language class has been loved and welcomed by my classmates. In the past few years, Chinese language teaching has also achieved certain results.
From 1997 to 2001, I worked as a Chinese teacher in the third year of graduating class for four consecutive years. The teaching results exceeded the average score of the district every year. In 2001, the middle school entrance examination, Xiao Yuanni of my class reached a high score of 789 points. Points, set the highest score in our school.
At the same time, it also achieved good results in coaching students to participate in various competitions in the city and district. In the year of 1998, Xiao Meiyan won the third prize of the District Language and Culture Knowledge Competition. In the year of 1999, Xiao Lifang won the first prize of the District Language and Culture Knowledge Competition, and Xiao Zhongyan won the third prize of the district reading competition. Third, while the work of the class teacher insisted on teaching good books, I never gave up the good people. Since the first year of my work, I have been the head teacher for five consecutive years, four of which are the head teachers of the third year. I think it may not be difficult to be a class teacher, but it is very difficult to be a good class teacher. In the work of the class teacher, I mainly made two words: "love" and "strictness", which made me achieve better results in the work of the class teacher, which not only changed a large number of underachievers, but also cultivated a group of outstanding students. student.

Working with a "love" can make students feel that you are really caring about him, shortening the distance between teachers and students, and at the same time, they make mistakes, they are easy to accept your education, and quickly correct. This kind of love has the correct guidance for the formation of students' thoughts, and it also has a real concern for students' lives. For example, in the 99th session, there was a student named Huang Xuemei in my class who suddenly dropped out of the application more than a month before the entrance examination. After understanding, I realized that there are five sisters in her family, all of whom are studying, and the income of parents. There was little pity, and the family decided not to let her read, and went out to work to earn money. I then mobilized students to donate in the class. The students donated very much. Some students donated their own pocket money. I also reflected this incident to the school leaders. The school leaders also attached great importance to it. They donated money to her, and finally raised the funds necessary for her new semester. I also wrote her case as a written material, actively reflected to the higher authorities, and reported to the newspaper, and finally got the attention of the higher authorities, so that Huang Xuemei was admitted to a relatively low-cost normal school, which made The school leaders and the classmates in my class are all excited.
2. Carefulness, patience, and sincerity. This is the foundation for doing a good job. Education is not a one-off event. It is a long-term work, which requires patience. Careful observation in the usual work, found the student's mistakes, and communicated with him frankly, the students are acceptable.
For example, in the 99th class, there is a student named Xiao Hanchong who usually loves to be mischievous when class is in class. The first time he talked to him, he told me very straightforwardly that he also wanted to study hard, but he did not wish to sit down. So, I have to wait for him to talk to him many times, as long as he made a mistake, I will talk to him. More times, he was moved by my sincerity and tried to change bad habits. By the end of the third semester of the third year, he was basically able to actively cooperate with the teacher for a good class. In the middle school entrance examination, he also admitted to a better technical school.
3, strict requirements, effective measures, this is a guarantee of doing a good job.
"Strictly love, loose is harmful", while paying attention to students, they also do not forget to strictly demand them. Our class has established a strict class civilization convention. After the class is read and posted, the teachers and students will strictly abide by it. For example, in the past, the health work of my class has been weak, and it has not met the requirements of the school. In response to this situation, I divided the students in the class into eight groups according to the principle of voluntary combination, each group of 6-7 people, one group leader, the previous value system changed to the value of the weekly system, this group within this week The health score must reach the average score of the school, otherwise it will be re-sweeped for a week. On the contrary, if the health red flag is received this week, it will reward a notebook. The measures were right, the rewards and punishments were clear, and the enthusiasm of the students was greatly improved. After one semester, my class actually got 14 red flags of health flow. Through my words and deeds, from 1997 to 2001, five years, the qualification rate of class moral education that I took was 100%. I have won many honors such as “Civilized Class” and “Advanced Group of Learning Lei Feng Activities”.
Due to the achievements of my work, I was recognized by the school leaders and the higher authorities. In 1999, I was awarded the “Outstanding Moral Education Workers in Baiyun District” and also participated in the Teacher Recognition Conference held in the Baiyun District Auditorium on September 10. The happiness of the moment I received the prize is still appearing in my mind from time to time.
