First, the "two basics" work will be repeated, and then step up
1998 was the second year of my post as director of education. Every time I go to the countryside, I must first check the "two basics" situation and listen to the "two basics" report. In order to complete the "two basics" acceptance task according to quality and quantity, I ran through 27 counties in the county to investigate, study and understand the situation. Our contribution has been rewarded. In 1998, Yizhang’s “two bases” passed the national inspection and acceptance, and the national enrollment rate reached 99.84%, and the consolidation rate was 99.58%. The passing rate of the national primary school is 98.05%, the enrollment rate of the national junior high school is 100%, the national consolidation rate is 98.6%, and the passing rate of the junior high school graduation test is 97.89%. The county has literacy of 210 people, which makes the non-literacy rate of young and middle-aged children in our county reach 99.49%, and the literacy rate is 100%.
The "two basics" work passed the national inspection and acceptance, and wrote a brilliant page for Yizhang education, which made Yizhang education take a new step. Second, pay close attention to the construction of the teaching staff and improve the overall level of education. There is a saying in China that is called a famous teacher. Intensify the training of teachers and improve the overall quality of teachers. We use the method of “going out, please come in” and send people to Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places to learn, and invite foreign experts and scholars to come to our county to give lectures and guide the work. Of course, I also know that I have many shortcomings. Because of the tight schedule and busy work, my own learning is not enough. Sometimes when I get busy, I forget to report to the leader in time. I want to do more things myself, and objective reality often has things to do, so that there is an irritable mood in the work.
