First, the main work situation:
1. The staff members have a new understanding of the college reform, evaluation, work attitude, and service awareness, so as to achieve a unified thinking and enhance the purpose of unity.
2. In accordance with the requirements of the “four modernizations” proposed by President Liu, on the one hand, full use of modern office conditions----computer, with the strong support of the network center of the college, completed the “water and electricity toll collection system” and “depot management system”. The establishment of the "public housing management system" has greatly improved work efficiency and improved the working environment. In order to strengthen the management of real estate, during the summer vacation, students of the Department of Electronic Engineering were hired to input the plan of the main building facilities of the whole hospital into the computer. Some buildings were originally without drawings or drawings, and all were surveyed and supplemented. The data shows that this allows the data to be centralized and standardized, which facilitates future enquiries and management. On the other hand, in the process of management and service this year, we paid attention to the collection and accumulation of various original materials, and urged all relevant posts to improve the various registration systems, such as: duty logs, equipment operation records, water and electricity use records, Car registration, maintenance registration, etc.
3. According to the operation of buses in recent years, combined with the actual needs of various departments and students for buses, in order to standardize management and ensure the use, the “Management Methods for Bus Management” was revised and revised by the Dean in June. The meeting was discussed and passed. In the next semester, a "Provisional Regulations on the Use of Student Learning and Living Equipment Management" has been drafted. 4. Organized, planned, and coordinated the completion of the laying and transformation of several infrastructure facilities. The first is the planning and verification of the layout and direction of the “Tietong” network cable, and the coordination of the installation work of various departments. Second, during the summer vacation, the transformation of the main line of the commercial facade from the west to the Ming to the east was completed, and all the weak lines were sorted out, which improved the messy appearance of the west side of the commercial facade; cooperated with the new building and art laboratory building of the higher vocational building. The reconstruction of the West Campus power distribution room, the laying of 280m from the No. 6 teaching building to the art teaching building ∮ 50mm2 power supply cable, so that the entire power supply support work of the West Hospital has been further strengthened. The third is to cooperate with the construction of the roads and scenic spots around the West Campus, as well as the road widening project to the boys' apartments and the university town, to renovate and optimize the streetlight power supply system in these two areas, so that the school roads will drive there, and the lights will shine there. It is convenient for teachers and students and also beautifies the campus.
5. The best efforts have guaranteed the admission of high-level students and the second batch of freshmen. Two main things have been done: First, during the National Day, the Green Chemicals and Cleaning Workers organized their own work without delaying their work. The hand moved more than 1,700 sets of wooden desks and chairs from the first, second and third teaching buildings and transported them to the higher vocational building. At the same time, the same number of new FRP desks and chairs were moved into the first, second and third teaching buildings. At that time, it was mainly because of the tight schedule of the completion of higher vocational buildings and the entry of higher vocational students. In order to ensure that high-school students entered the classroom on time, the tables and chairs must be put in place within a few days. Therefore, we urged the employees to trotting to complete the task. The second reason is that due to repeated delays in the delivery of university towns, the second batch of new students reported that the housing was tense and the shops were not enough. Therefore, during the National Day holiday, they temporarily organized hydropower and carpentry workers to work overtime to repair more than 70 steel-wood bunk beds. And assaulted in the training building, solved the urgent need at that time. In the next semester, there are many uncertain situations, such as: the new registration rate, the change of registration time, the allocation of classes, the division of classrooms, etc., which has brought a lot of passiveness to our work, but we have obtained With the support of the leaders, we can try our best to resolve them.
6. Basically completed the daily logistics support work. Such as: water and electricity security, this is the focus of our general affairs work. In 2002, the supply of water and electricity security was normal. Except for 1~2 external water stoppages and power outages, there was no normal teaching and living order due to management reasons. Under the guidance of the leaders of the hospital, the house management and maintenance also did a lot of work. More than 200 people were allocated for housing throughout the year, and 63 graduate classrooms and 534m2 roofs were organized and maintained. The greening work was re-taken from the funeral department in October, and the personnel were enriched. The greening progress and effects were further improved. In November, the “provincial garden-style units” were evaluated and are being approved.
7. In terms of the work of the party branch, in 2002, two probationary members were developed. In the first half of the year, all party members of the branch organized a report on the situation after China’s accession to the WTO, and completed some relevant party affairs for the party committee and general branch arrangements.
Second, the existing problems
1. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the college, the awareness of active management has not increased, the management information has not been captured, and the management methods are relatively simple. Therefore, the phenomenon of management is not easy to occur, resulting in omissions in the work.
2. As an advanced office tool, the computer is not fully and quickly applied to all levels of management work, especially as a comprehensive management department. Many materials and information cannot be fully fed back to the hospital leadership and relevant departments through the computer. Leadership decisions are extremely detrimental to improving the quality and efficiency of our own work.
3. To be people-oriented, to carry out effective and ideological ideological and political work is not enough. Especially in the past six months, the number of temporary employees has increased. How to guide them to the school with the attitude of the master, work actively, and there are not many ways. The means are also single.
Second, the work plan for 2003
1. Under the unified deployment of the college, combined with the actual situation of our department, we will further strengthen the study of the spirit of the 16th Party Congress and promote the logistics support and service work to a new level.
2. Continue to improve the accumulation, statistics and analysis of various materials and data on the basis of the 15th planning requirements of the college, and at the current stage, to provide comprehensive materials for the comprehensive expansion of logistics service socialization.
3. Improve and standardize the evaluation system so that the operational performance of the assessment work is improved year by year. In particular, we will strengthen our daily assessment and registration, enhance quantitative indicators, and reduce subjective scoring factors, so as to strive to make our assessment work more scientific.
4. In 2003, the hydropower data of the whole hospital was made into a webpage and input into the computer, including: schematic layout of the main hydropower pipeline, plan of each branch of the building, and estimation of the number of electrical appliances used in each building, conventional load and unconventional load, etc., continued to be enriched and Improve the relevant materials of the "Building Facilities Plan" of the whole hospital to improve the standardization and scientific level of logistics management.
