Report on aging work

I transferred to the Office of Ageing in June 2001. I was responsible for the aging work in the county. Under the guidance of the ****, I did my own work according to the duties of the post. Looking back at the work of the year, we mainly did the following:
First, vigorously promote the full implementation of the "Starlight Project." The city has always attached more importance to the work of aging. In recent years, I have led a group of people, focusing on the construction of city and town-level nursing homes and villages' elderly activity centers. Every year, there has been great progress and a good foundation has been laid. In the first half of this year, there were 218 elderly activity centers or nursing homes and elderly universities in the city, including one city nursing home, one elderly university, 12 town and street nursing homes, village and neighborhood senior citizens activity centers or 175 elderly homes. There are 8 old cadre activity centers and 21 retired workers' homes. This year, according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs Archives Minfa [2001] No. 145, "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of "Community Elderly Welfare Service Starlight Project"" and the Provincial Civil Affairs Department Archives Yuemin Fu [2002] No. 22 "On Printing and Distributing Guangdong In the spirit of the "Notice of the implementation plan" of the Community Welfare Service Starlight Project, combined with the actual situation of the city, under my operation, I have conducted serious research, formulated new plans, intensified efforts, and implemented step by step. Advance the implementation of the "Starlight Project." For the 189 points of the elderly activity center or the old people's home and the old university that have been set up in cities, towns and villages, the necessary welfare and cultural and sports facilities will be allocated for the welfare fund raised by the welfare lottery. For the 71 villages that have not built an elderly activity center, it is planned to build a starlight old-age home according to the principle of “small dispersion, convenient and practical” proposed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs before the end of June 2004. The municipal welfare fund will be built for each newly built Starlight Old Age Home. The grant is 25,000 yuan. Two projects totaled 4.185 million yuan. These Starlight Old Age Homes offer a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, providing a good place for the elderly to provide cultural and recreational activities. The city, town, and village nursing homes can also provide housing, home services, day care, and emergency assistance for the elderly. Services such as health rehabilitation and food delivery allow old people to enjoy their old age without leaving the community. While implementing the "Starlight Project", we have conscientiously implemented relevant policies and norms, and paid attention to doing a good job in propaganda work, and carried out extensive publicity through television and newspapers, so that this project benefiting the elderly is well known.
Actively teamed up to participate in the province's senior cultural performance. In a short period of one month, I organized and coordinated the relevant departments, conceived programs, organized drills, and organized four programs to participate in the competition, namely, "Wei Feng Long Inspiration", "Group Chorus" and the city organized by the city's Laogan Center. The drama and art dealers' self-directed music art "Yutian" and the Fengling Senior University's time costume performance. The four programs recorded video tapes for review and teamed up. After the competition, the Quyi of the city's Quyi Association, the self-directed song art "Yutian" won the provincial bronze medal, and then sent to participate in the national old-age cultural performances, won the national silver award, CCTV also sent staff to Shunde to shoot the program.
Extensively carry out the activities of respecting the elderly. During the Old People's Day this year, according to the spirit of the relevant notices of the Provincial Office of the Old Workers, the city has carried out extensive and in-depth activities in the citywide. I personally invested in it and increased publicity through radio, television, newspapers, Promotional tools such as slogans and bulletin boards, and vigorously carry out three-dimensional all-round publicity activities with rich content and various forms. Various municipalities, towns and streets have organized various kinds of celebrations and condolences. The activities mainly include old-age banquets, old-age ceremonies, tea parties, symposiums, parties, garden activities, visiting, watching cultural performances, old-age painting and calligraphy competitions, senior health lectures, free clinics and condolences, and condolences to the elderly. Focus on the five-guarantee old man, the lonely old man, the sick old man and the revolutionary predecessors. Chencun Town and Ronggui Street also held the first town-level seniors sports meeting, so that the elderly can be alive and well. According to statistics, nearly 90% of the villages and neighborhood committees in the city have carried out the activities of respecting the elderly. The city spent more than 10,000 yuan during the festival. Through the activities of respecting the elderly, the old people have broadened their knowledge, enriched their spiritual life, and delighted the body and mind. They also further educated the general public and promoted the good spirit of respecting the old and the old.
Strengthen the management of old people's homes and promote standardization. In order to further improve the management level of the nursing homes, and to gradually standardize the management of the old people's homes in the city, I request to further strengthen the management of the nursing homes and promote the standardization. First, the annual inspection of the nursing homes at the city and town levels was carried out earnestly, and good practices were discovered in a timely manner. At the same time, rectification opinions were proposed to promote the work of the nursing home. The second is to conduct a two-year first-instance trial for six town-level nursing homes that have been attended by the provincial-level nursing homes. Thirdly, the materials for the Beijiao Town Retirement Home, the Leliu Town Retirement Home, the Lecong Town Retirement Home, which was declared to be the first-grade nursing home this year, and the Songling Garden of Lunjiao Town, which was declared to be the second-grade nursing home of the province, were first reviewed and sent to the provincial government for examination and approval. And finally passed. Through the above work, the management level of the nursing homes in the city has been further improved.
Effectively solve the difficulties of the elderly and their families. Try to join the five guarantees for eligible rural old people. At present, there are 1233 employees in the city with a total of 5,300 people. The standard of support is 4,500 yuan per person per year, and these old people are allowed to stay in towns and villages with high grades, beautiful environment, perfect facilities and high service level. For the elderly and their families with other difficulties in living, all households that meet the minimum living security conditions are included in the minimum living security. In 2003, the city's minimum living security target was 21,551, of which more than 2,800 were elderly. For the elderly or their family members who are seriously ill and encounter major economic difficulties, special assistance at the city, town and village levels will be implemented to help them solve medical difficulties.
Conduct research and research. In order to better do the work of the elderly and the five-guarantee elderly, in the second half of the year, I organized nearly 20 people to hold a symposium, exchange their own practices and experiences, and jointly explore ways to socialize social welfare and further improve the five guarantees. Work, especially the way to protect medical work, everyone inspired each other and received certain results.
In the actual work of this year, I have gained some experience and experience in my work. I have greatly improved my old age management work. I believe that with my own strength and experience, I will be able to do more work next year. it is good.
