I graduated from the History Department of Sun Yat-Sen University in July 1994. After graduation, I was assigned to the Meizhou Normal School in Guangdong Province as a history teacher. 1. Do a good job in moral education. I have always placed moral education in the first place. I actively cooperate with schools to carry out ideological and political education, moral quality education, discipline and safety education, legal education, and correct learning attitudes to form a good class style. The education of the class will gradually get rid of the traditional mode of teaching and forced inculcation, but adopt a more flexible form, so that students have more initiative and enthusiasm. For example, in the form of theme class meetings, discussions, lectures, speeches, debates, etc., students can enjoy education in a relaxed environment and unknowingly, and their ability to organize, perform and many other aspects have been obtained. In addition to attaching importance to class meetings, I pay attention to incorporating moral education into the normal system construction. 2. Grasping the team cadre team building team cadres are the right assistants for the class teacher to carry out the work, and the impact in the class is very great. The quality of the cadres of the cadres is high, and they can play an exemplary role. The class work can be done well, and a good class style can be formed. On the contrary, it will have a bad influence, and a good class style cannot be formed. Therefore, I have always attached great importance to the team building of the cadres. The candidate is a key. How to choose the right cadre? I believe that the principle of democratic centralism must be adopted. The specific practice is that the class teacher will conduct a secret election by knowing a certain number of candidates from the students, and the students will vote by secret ballot and publicly vote. After the selection of the cadre of the troupe, the determination of the squad leader is another key. The squad leader must be a middle school student with strong academic discipline, high prestige in the class, strong work ability and serious responsibility. Students who can communicate with the class teacher often are not necessarily the students with the most votes. Other cadres must also carefully determine the candidates according to their strengths, and they cannot be ranked in order of votes. This is the practice of democratic elections by students, and then the centralized arrangement of positions by the class teacher, reflecting the principle of democratic centralism.
The cadres of the corps should be particularly strict, and they should be guided by their work, and they should let them go and do not limit themselves to death. The more work a group cadre does for the class, the higher their prestige. For the cadres who made mistakes, they should be severely criticized and even dealt with seriously. For example, in class 96, as a training class, cheating was more serious at first, and group cadres were no exception. There were two squad leaders who revoked their duties due to cheating. It was precisely because of the serious punishment of the cadres of the cadres that they did not tolerate connivance. Later, the phenomenon of cheating was significantly reduced. In order to strengthen the supervision of the cadres of the cadres, I also added a post of "Discipline Inspection Commissioner". The discipline inspection committee is directly responsible to the class teacher, and specifically reports on the violation of discipline, ruling injustice, and fraud. For example, in class 94, I found a student who was very dissatisfied with the bad behavior in the class and had the courage to fight it. So I asked her to be a disciplinary committee member and it worked very well. However, in class 96, I did not find such a talent, so I did not set up the discipline inspection committee, but let the squad leader take full responsibility. Therefore, the position of the discipline inspection committee is not for the average person. If there is no suitable candidate, it will not be set, otherwise it will be counterproductive.
3, do a good job of class building a class of good or bad, can be reflected in the class style. It is necessary to twist the whole class into a rope and enhance the cohesive force, so that there will be a good work style. This is to focus on cultivating their team spirit, ownership, and a sense of collective honor. It is necessary to educate students to unite and love, care for the collective, and care for others so that everyone can feel that the class is a warm family. The specific method is to help take care of sick students, celebrate birthdays with classmates, organize tours, barbecues, cultural performances, sports games, etc. As a class teacher, take the initiative to go to the students, understand them, care about them, make friends with them, especially for the students in the training class, they should take the initiative to approach them, which can eliminate their inferiority complex to a certain extent.
The quality of students in class 94 is generally relatively high, but at the beginning there were phenomena of separate politics, lack of interest in class affairs, and insufficient concern. Based on this situation, in the first semester, I advocated taking turns to govern, and every four to five weeks, the adjustment of the class cadres was carried out, so that most of them got exercise, improved their ability to work, and realized Participating in class collective affairs, caring for the honor and gain of the class, and the importance of doing things for the class collectively. By the second semester, the situation has obviously improved, and I have further learned the strengths and character of the cadres, so the team of the cadres will be determined in time. Stabilized to facilitate the smooth development of the class work. Practice has proved that the effect of this is significant, the health status of classrooms and dormitories has improved significantly, and the results have been outstanding in several evaluations, and the full-time rate has more than doubled. Ranked as an advanced class.

Class 96 is a refresher class, and the quality of students is generally not high. Therefore, it is not advisable to adopt a method of persuading to take turns to govern. I am mainly responsible for discipline and management in this class. The students in the training class have poor foundations and lack confidence in learning the various homework. Therefore, they should not be demanding in their study, they should be encouraged, and should not be ironic or striking. For the underachievers, it is necessary to help the students with better academic performance, and even form a relatively fixed relationship between the teachers and the students. The cadres of the squad are responsible for helping a certain underachiever. As a class teacher, I seriously help them analyze the current social situation. The current social competition is fierce. They have to find their own jobs after graduation, so they should learn some real skills. I also try to be them. Create opportunities and conditions for learning, encourage them to study art, calligraphy, dance, music, computers, etc. Through these practices, the entire class has basically formed a good study style of learning and motivating. To organize a good class There should also be a sound management system. To this end, I have established a strict attendance system, discipline system and health. The full-time rate of the first and second semester of the 97-98 school year was over 70%, which was the highest in the whole school. Second, I am seriously responsible for the teaching and research work, and the teaching age has reached 5 years. I have been teaching all the courses in the History Department of the Master, and I am familiar with all the teaching materials.
Let me talk about my approach and some experience and experience.
1. Try hard to do regular teaching work. I have always tried my best to do regular teaching work, and I often consult experienced teachers. Prepare lessons carefully before class, and thoroughly read the textbooks and syllabus. The course follows the scientific teaching program, insists on using Mandarin teaching, and the board is neat and organized. After class, you can carefully and carefully correct the homework. 2. Focus on teaching and ideological education In the teaching process, I conscientiously implement the party's education policy, and actively carry out ideological education for students in light of the actual situation of the subject. China has a long history and is one of the four ancient civilizations in the world. Therefore, in the teaching of ancient history, I paid attention to introducing China's advanced ancient cultural achievements. Education heavily loves the motherland and enhances national pride, self-respect and self-confidence. In modern China, due to self-restraint and arrogance, the situation of backward beatings gradually became a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society under the invasion of Western powers. All classes in China, including peasants, feudal landlords, the bourgeoisie, and the proletariat, have actively struggled to save the Chinese nation, and only the new democratic revolution led by the proletariat has won great victories, enabling the Chinese nation to Independence and prosperity. 3. Through these forms, the classroom atmosphere is active, the interest in student learning is improved, the enthusiasm and initiative are also improved, and the students' oral expression ability, independent thinking ability, and organizational teaching ability are also enhanced, and the characteristics of the teacher are highlighted. .
(2) Carrying out a rich second classroom activity The second classroom activity is more intuitive and operative, so the second classroom activity should be actively carried out. Such activities include visits, visits, collections and exhibitions, special lectures, writing essays, and more. I used to ask students to collect production and living tools, some bring physical objects, some take pictures, and they need to understand their uses, such as windmills, waterwheels, plows, hoes, stone mills, sarcophagi, urns, etc. Traditional agricultural production methods. In addition, I also asked the students to collect some local legends, oil poems, jingles, mountain lyrics and so on.
(3) Seriously explore multimedia teaching. I seriously explore modern multimedia teaching, especially for the practical use of computers in multimedia teaching. In March 1999, I used computer operation to teach history quality courses, and participated in the provincial high school history quality evaluation ratio, and won the third prize. This summer, I used a computer to make a physics teaching software "CAIWL for electromagnetic oscillation teaching", which is ready to be sent to the province for evaluation. In addition to the active practice of multimedia teaching, I also seriously think and summarize, and write a thesis "Talk about the use of computers in multimedia teaching and the problems that should be paid attention to in multimedia teaching."
