Language Section Work Plan
This year is the province's teaching quality year. Our department will study in-depth education and teaching theory, actively carry out education curriculum reform, comprehensively promote quality education, do a good job in regular teaching, strengthen teaching and research work, and teach quality to teaching and research. The main work and measures are as follows:
One. Teaching routine work
Undergraduate group teachers are required to develop a teaching work plan. Classroom teaching reflects the subjective status of students, improves the effectiveness of regular classroom teaching, and pays attention to classroom efficiency. According to the requirements of the school, the teaching routine inspection is carried out every 5 weeks. The inspection tasks include teaching plans, homework correction, composition correction, lectures, teaching and research activities, network teaching and research, and so on. Organize teachers to do the monthly assessment work, and the graduating class teachers should do the preparation for review.
Second, promote good practice in Chinese teaching
Before the class, let the students say some famous sentences, teachers to make comments; early reading or before class, check the students to recite the text; after class, ask students to write weekly notes, teachers to do inspections.
Third, teaching and research activities
Teaching and research activities are held once a week. Teachers of the same grade group prepare lessons in class and listen to classes. The establishment of the grade preparation team leader: Zhang Haisheng in the first grade, Peng Anbing in the second grade, Lin Shujian in the third grade, Wang Wei in the first grade, Wang Cidong in the second grade, and Chen Yingmin in the third grade. Open the class in the school. Before the second month of the exam, Li Yan took the quality class and Chen Haimei went to the public class. After the second month of the test, Chen Chengcheng opened the class. The teaching and research activities in the South District, Zhu Dan spent on the observation class.
Fourth, train young teachers

5. Guide students

Teachers are the main force of moral education in schools. High-quality talents must have high-quality teachers. The teacher's morality and morality directly affect the school's school spirit, teaching style, study style and quality of education.

Reflecting on yourself, what is my awareness of moral education? What is the status of my moral education? How can I strengthen my awareness of moral education? Strengthen moral basic education and cultivate civilized students
1. Deepen patriotic education.
We must make full use of the moral education base and the rich human resources of the school, carry out patriotism and team spirit education, and guide students to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values.
2. Grasp the education.
Mr. Ye Shengtao said that education is the cultivation of habits. The cultivation of ethical behavior habits is the core of qualitative change in the development of a person's complete moral structure. In this regard, the cultivation of moral habits should be the focus and focus of moral construction. Main measures
1. Actively participate in relevant training and meetings organized by the school. Improve their own moral education awareness, find their own moral education gap, and identify their own blind spots of moral education.
2. Actively participate in the moral education experience exchange meeting organized by the school, and listen to the experience and deeds of others, and refer to the problems encountered by them to find a suitable moral education program.
3. Find more time under the class to talk with experienced teachers and explore new ideas, new methods and new experiences in school moral education.
4. According to the needs of moral education work, carefully study some relevant materials, such as: "Teacher Code of Conduct", "Disciple Rules", "Zengguang Xianwen" and so on.
5, read a good book "to benefit the spiritual wealth of a lifetime: moral education story", and write a post-reading feeling.
6. Combine the usual educational teaching practice and write a moral education paper based on your own feelings.
