Student Union Study Department Monthly Work Plan

In order to further implement the purpose of "serving wholeheartedly for the students", implement the various duties of the learning department, and improve the work efficiency of the learning department. Through the preliminary discussion of all members of the learning department, the following November work plan will be formulated.

First, in this month, we will further improve the classroom search system centered on the responsibility system, strengthen the assessment of classroom attendance, promote the construction of the study style of the School of Science more effectively, and do a good job in the management and assessment of students' self-study. The members of the study department must complete the task of attending at least two classroom attendances and three nights of self-study attendance inspections in a qualitative and qualitative manner. Pay attention to the team spirit of the department, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of the Ministry and improve their ability to work, emphasize internal solidarity, and jointly serve the work of the college and department towards a unified goal.

Second, establish a sound regular meeting system and play a good role as a bridge and link in the learning department.

1. Study committee meeting

Regular meetings of study committees will be held to obtain first-hand information on the learning situation of each class from each class of study committees, to help everyone correct their attitudes, build confidence, create a good learning atmosphere for the school, and inform the school and department activities in a timely manner. Communicate to the students, fully reflecting the service functions of our learning department.

2. Learning department regular meeting

Adhere to the internal regular meeting system of the Ministry of Learning, once a week. Understand the progress of each member's assigned tasks, what problems or difficulties exist, and the summary after the event, including achievements and deficiencies, to improve the deficiencies. All the members of the question raised will brainstorm and strive to do a better job and give the best service to everyone.

Third, in order to enrich the students' after-school life, let the students better integrate into the university life, and show the spiritual outlook of contemporary college students. The learning department decided to hold a speech contest in the freshman at the end of the month.

Before the 10th, all members of the study department must draw up a plan for the speech contest, carefully arranged the entire event, including the topic of the speech, the participants, the judges and other staff and their duties. Do a good job in the promotion of the event, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to participate, and at the same time, do a good job summary after the event.
