Class committee work plan

As a class group, the formation of a good class style and style of study is inseparable from the joint efforts of class members and the careful planning of the various class committees. Our 09 Advertising 2 class has been actively working on the planning and development of various tasks since the establishment of the new class committee. In this semester, we first assigned the work of each class committee and clarified the responsibilities of each position. This will not only enable each class committee to play its own role, but also facilitate the comprehensive and orderly development of class affairs.

The focus of this semester is: class style construction, cohesion construction, and discipline construction. In response to the different allocations of the work of each class committee, we plan to carry out the following work during this semester:

1. Classes will be held every two weeks to convey the archives of the department, carry out safety education for the students, promote the spirit of patriotism, and strengthen the building of class cohesion.

2. The class committee is opened once a week to discuss issues that arise within the class within a week, arrange various matters, and do a good job plan for the next week. Ensure the smooth running of the class work and provide a good environment for the students to learn.

3. Strengthen the study and exchange between students, organize learning competitions, form a strong learning atmosphere, learn good students with poor foundations, improve the overall performance of the class, and work together for the formation of excellent class.

4. Strengthen the collective life consciousness of each dormitory member and strive to create a “star dormitory”.

5. Strengthen discipline management, promote a fundamental change in attendance, and announce attendance once a week.

6. To enhance the transparency of the use of class fees, the Life Committee announces the monthly usage of the class fee.

7. Actively resound the activities of the institute and department.

During the semester, the class committee will carry out work and construction on the principle of “fairness, justice and openness”. The class committee will also put more energy into doing everything, and will also introduce some new measures and requirements. We hope that we can promote class development through the implementation of meticulous and reasonable work plans, and create a good learning and living environment for our students.
