First, the class overview

There are 47 students in this class, 24 boys and 23 girls. One of the students was transferred from the village school this year. This class is brought up by me from the first grade. The basic skills of the students are solid and the overall scores are very good. The final exams for each semester are the first. The class has a strong academic style and a good reading style. Students can abide by discipline, love labor, pay attention to hygiene, and develop education. Under the guidance of the teacher, students can actively participate in the study and master the basic learning methods. However, there are also very few students who are greedy, do not like to learn, do not follow discipline, and have poor grades.

Through this semester, we will carry out various beneficial activities to form a good class and class, cultivate the squadron's work ability, and strive to do a good job in class work, and form a good learning atmosphere to promote students' all-round development.

Second, the general goal of education
1. Pay attention to students' ideological education, and educate students on patriotism, team spirit, and civilized behavior, and effectively improve students' ideological and moral qualities.
2. Strengthen safety education, study the “Code of Pupils”, “Regulations on the Management of Teaching Buildings” and “Regulations on Safety Education Management” to effectively strengthen students' behavioral norms.

Through the active participation of students, self-management, self-service and other activities, a large number of “behavioral small stars” emerged among the students, and all students develop good civilized behaviors. Habit, everyone strives to be a civilized citizen.
4. Use team classes or other activities to carry out a variety of activities to enrich students' after-school life and improve their overall quality.

5. Continue to do a good job in the transformation of the undergraduates, carefully understand the specific situation of the students, and exchange ideas with the students to help students correct their attitudes, lay down their ideological burdens, and improve their academic performance.

6. Continue to carry out the activities of “1 Gang 1”, do a good job in the training of the “small backbone” and “small teachers” of the class , and carry out the work of the students. Fourth, educational content and measures
1. Civilized behavior education:

Give full play to the main spirit of the students, combine the actual situation of the class , set up a small team through discussion, discuss various forms of activities, and set up a good habit chapter.
We must earnestly do a good job in behavioral normative education. We have content, plans, and effects to arrange early morning reading. According to the characteristics of the class , we implement weekly morning meetings, and class behavior training, so that behavioral norms are regularized.
Grasp the bell for a minute, and the class cadres take turns.
Based on student development, we will explore students' self-management and self-educational awareness, and find out the inadequacies of “class”, “inter-class”, “cleaning” and “homework” and conduct self-education.

2. Develop education:

Educate students to be civilized and polite, often using civilized terms.

Let students develop good habits of hygiene, diligently cut their nails, wash their hands, and take good care of bathing and changing clothes.

Educate students to develop a good habit of not littering papers and seeing the rubbish, and enhance students' environmental awareness.

3. Young pioneers work:
