There are 16 nurseries in our class, including 11 boys and 5 girls. The average age of the whole class is about 2 weeks and a half, and they are all only children. They are all in kindergarten for the first time. These children come from different families, and most of them are brought up by the elders. Because this age is very young, the children have a serious crying when they come to the park. From the perspective of family phenomena, parents are younger and have higher academic qualifications, but parents are busy with their work and hand over their children to grandparents and grandmothers. At home, I am favored by my elders, self-centered, have no experience in collective life, and have poor self-care ability. Unfamiliar to the kindergarten, not easy to contact, and has a strong possessive desire. There is no trust in teachers and companions. They can't adapt to the collective life of kindergartens, crying badly, "going home" is their only request. Especially when I am taking a nap, the young children want to sleep, and they think that going home is very noisy, and it is difficult to be quiet. In order to make children stabilize their mood as soon as possible, adapt to the collective life of kindergartens, and form good habits of living and hygiene, we must carry out various forms of teaching activities so that every child can enjoy the life of kindergarten.

Analysis of the advantages of this class of children:

1. Most children are extroverted, lively and active, and like to play with their toys.

2. Most of the children have good physical fitness, and the basic movements such as walking, running and jumping are better.

3. The children of this class have better language development and can express their needs more clearly.

4. Most young children are very interested in art activities and especially like to participate in music activities.

5. The individual differences of the whole class of children are large.

Weak link analysis:

1. Since my class is a freshman class, the children are brought up by the elders at home. They have no experience in collective life. In a strange environment, the mood fluctuates greatly and the crying phenomenon is more serious.

2, most of the children's self-care ability is very poor, and everything depends on the teacher's package to replace. Such as: will not urinate, will not eat, will not drink water by yourself, the cup is sent to the hand only as a toy to play, will not pick up the cup to drink.

3. The proportion of males and females in this class is seriously out of balance, and boys are three times as many as girls. Therefore, the children in the class are not easy to contact, have strong aggression, have strong possessiveness, are self-centered, and cannot share with others.

4. The children's abilities in this class are uneven. Most children lack interest in learning and are unwilling to participate in group activities.

1. Guide children to carry out routine activities in daily life based on conservation work.

My class will focus on conservation work. The first priority is to ensure that young children are well cared for. Based on this, gradually train the children's routines, cultivate their self-care ability, and let the children know that their own things should be done by themselves. The focus of the work at the beginning of the semester is to stabilize the children's irritability and crying emotions, help the children adapt to the collective life, do a good job in the day-to-day routine education of kindergartens, and integrate the education work into all aspects of daily life. Teachers must cooperate with each other to ensure that there is education in the middle school. In daily life activities, children are reminded to drink water and urine, and help children organize their instruments. In the game activities, children often touch the children's head and back, find sweating, and quickly put a towel or change clothes. Strive to achieve conservation in all areas of life.

2. Develop practical and feasible teaching plans according to the age and actual situation of the children in this class.
