First, the class analysis

After two years of class management, I found that the students in this class are generally good in conduct, have a clear learning purpose, a correct attitude, and are very diligent in their studies. Most students have a strong sense of collective honor and have certain self-management and self-control skills. However, there are also very few students who do not seek advancement, their style is sloppy, and they lack self-discipline. Generally speaking, it can be roughly divided into the following three categories.

1, quality and excellent

Most of these students have better grades in their classes, high self-awareness, and strong self-control and self-management skills. The purpose of learning is very clear, the desire for knowledge is strong, and it is hard and pragmatic. Be civilized and polite. There is a strong non-resolving ability, which is a model for other students to learn.

2, aggressive type

These students are mostly in the class. Although their learning foundation is not as good as that of the first class, their self-motivation is extremely strong, their learning attitude is very correct, and their learning objectives are very clear. Has a strong sense of self-consciousness, can strictly demand themselves, all aspects of good performance, academic progress is more obvious.

3, naughty quail egg type

These students are very few in the class. They may lose confidence in learning because of poor foundation, or they may be trapped because they have developed some bad habits from an early age. The common feature is that the style is sloppy, self-discipline is poor, and disciplinary violations are commonplace. It has a great negative impact on the image of the class and other students.
