Time flies so fast, and in a blink of an eye, a new semester is ushered in. It has been a year since I knew nothing about teaching at the beginning. The overall idea: to establish a class with reasonable rewards and punishments, perfect management system, and class cohesion.
In the teaching practice of the past year, I realized that although there are appointment cadres in the class, most of them just hang names and do not have corresponding work. Most of the affairs of various sizes are still completed by teachers. Over time, students form the concept that things are irrelevant and only report to the teacher. Therefore, teachers are often stunned by a lot of trivial things, which wastes a lot of time. So in this semester, I am ready to change this situation.

The class responsibility system is implemented in the class. The small frictions that occurred between the classmates were reported to the class, and the class was responsible for solving them. If the students have opinions on the treatment methods of the class, they can directly report to the teacher, and the teacher will tell whether the treatment made by the class is correct. No matter what class, if the teacher does not come or has something to go out, the class should automatically assume the management obligation to let the students sit up and not make a sound or simply arrange some classroom work to keep the classroom quiet. All other class cadres have something to report directly to the class and are resolved by the class. In addition, every class cadre in each month must go through the hands-on vote of the whole class. If more than half of the classmates think that a class cadre is not performing well this month, he will cancel his position and be outstanding. The classmates came to serve.

In order to allow students to fully compete in learning and improve the initiative of self-learning, this semester, I changed the production method of the four-person team leader from the previous teacher appointment to the competition of all the students.
