Guiding ideology

As the saying goes: "The year is spring, and the day is morning." Early morning and spring are the most important period of the day and year. For the development of people's life, especially in the high school stage, they have just left the middle school. The first year of high school should be the most crucial period for shaping oneself and the golden age for cultivating a healthy personality. Therefore, taking human development as the core, this is the educational philosophy of my high school.

Second, the basic situation analysis of the class

Class student personality construction: Old Calwitt said: Only people with knowledge are likely to be a nerd who can only read books. Only people with physical disabilities are likely to be people with developed limbs. Therefore, I think that a caring, responsible, and thoughtful young person is a perfect person with perfect personality. Our students are generally the latter. However, in terms of behavioral habits, individual students need to be strictly managed.

Class students' learning situation: Learning temperament is relatively good, learning habits have not yet been developed, learning methods are still summarized, and academic achievements need to be improved.

Class cadre team construction: rigorous style and high sense of responsibility, but they still study and work at work.
