First, the basic situation and objectives of the class:
There are 65 students in my class, including 33 boys. The students are all from Tunfeng. These students are not ideally successful in their academic performance, but their thinking is simple and enterprising. The basic goal of my class this semester is to build a team of enterprising and capable cadres. All students can establish a clear learning purpose and form a good learning atmosphere. They should cultivate good behavioral norms and promote integrity. Gradually form a discipline that is disciplined, enterprising, and diligent.
Second, specific measures:
1. Grasp the daily routine of the class, stop the phenomenon of late class absenteeism, grasp the discipline of class, and improve efficiency.
2. Improve the quality of newspapers and posters, create a good learning atmosphere, and build a good class culture.
3. Use the learning field to educate students, give play to students' subjective initiative, and motivate students.
4. Organize class activities to cultivate students' collective ideas and enhance class cohesion.
5. Conduct regular learning activities to develop students' good learning attitudes and methods.

Third, the event arrangement:


Week 1: Students register and start school.

Week 3: Arrange the student seat and actively participate in various activities of the school.

The fourth week: select team cadres, formulate classes, the Young Pioneers activity plan, and strengthen the conventional management regulations. Theme class meeting: self-introduction and entrance feelings.

Week 5: Theme Class Meeting: Welcome National Day Cultural and Entertainment Festival.

Week 6: Forming a good team of good people.

Week 7: Class debate.

The eighth week: the mid-term examination mobilization, examination and discipline education.

Week 9: Review the exam.

Week 10: Midterm exam.
