The teaching of the first semester of 2009-2019 will begin immediately. After a long summer vacation, the children came back to campus happily. As a class teacher, I feel very gratified when I see the students grow up healthily. Before the start of the semester, I have already written my class plan for this semester as usual. According to the planning work, I can reduce a lot of useless work in my work, so that I can use all my energy to teach and educate students.

First, the class situation analysis

There are 61 students in my class. These students are innocent and lively, very curious, and very enthusiastic about the class. However, there are several children who have poor self-control ability and can't manage themselves. There are still a few students who have poor learning habits, especially active, lazy, and not concentrated. Such as sorghum magnesium, Yu Xiaonan, Cong Qiang and so on. Because most of them are only children, parents are spoiled and have no good habit of developing labor and will not work. Many students think that the team spirit is weak, and I don't know what to think about the class and others. In order to cultivate the May 1 class into a cohesive and positive class, let the students become conscious. To this end, I specifically made the following ideas.

Second, the work objectives:

1. Continue to do a good job in the regular education of students, strengthen the implementation of the Standards of Daily Behavior of the National Primary School, and cultivate students' good behavior habits.
2. Appreciate the education among teachers and students. Teachers appreciate students and let students learn to appreciate themselves and appreciate others.
3. Actively cooperate with the activities of the school and the Young Pioneers, and carry out a variety of activities to compete for “five small citizens” to cultivate students' strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline and self-management.
4. Carry out activities of different types of classes, make full use of the good team design class, set up a small stage for students to show their talents, and give a space for free development.

1. Pay attention to the connection between home and school. Do a good job in home visits, the class guides timely contact with parents in a timely manner, interoperability, individual education guidance, so that they receive good results.

2. Improve your own quality. While doing a good job in class work, we will study hard on materials related to education and continuously improve teaching methods. Prepare the lessons carefully, pay special attention to the development of students' intelligence in the course of class, be good at inducing them to work hard, analyze their problems, improve their ability to solve problems, and sum up experience and learn lessons in class.

3. Health work is carried out to people, so that everyone has something to do and to do everything. Good two exercises, good personal, indoor and outdoor health, regular inspections, so that students develop good hygiene habits.

4. Grasp the regular education of students.

According to the "National Children's Daily Behavioral Norms", the class rules of the class are formulated, the whole class is led to study, and certain measures such as appraisal and competition are adopted to make the class rules practical and to cultivate students' good behavior habits. Especially at the beginning of the school, the class leader should rely on the grasp, deepen the students, master the signs, and solve the post-propensity problems. In the class, self-evaluation, group evaluation, teacher evaluation and other activities should be carried out, and the system should be used to regulate the students' words and deeds.

5. Enhance the collective sense of honor and cohesiveness of students.

In the work, the class honours and achievements obtained by the class are used to motivate the students to form a united and upward class, forming an upward class style in the class, educating the students to love the class, thinking about the interests of the class, forming in the ideology, I am Class, class is my thought, and the class building is constantly improving.

6. 7. Cultivate good class cadres, give full play to the role of class cadres, give them the opportunity to exercise, develop their ability to work, support them to carry out various tasks, and coach them to cooperate with the overall work of the class. In constant teaching, I feel that my changes have grown a lot.
