I. Background and purpose of the event

With the continuous spread of the financial crisis, the situation of employment and entrepreneurship in China has become increasingly tense. The issue of youth employment and entrepreneurship has become one of the most heated issues in the "two sessions" being held. As a new force in the youth team, under the background, the thoughts of employment and entrepreneurship are attracting attention.

Since the establishment of our school, our school has always paid attention to the quality of personnel training and is unique in the cultivation of compound talents. Under this international and domestic background, what are the unique understandings and ideas of students in different grades in our college about employment and entrepreneurship? Through this questionnaire survey, our company will conduct serious analysis and research.

V. Ways of investigation

In principle, a sample survey method is used, and if necessary, an interview survey method is adopted.

6. Activity funds

1) The questionnaire printing fee is about 50.00 yuan;

2) The relevant data collection and finishing fee is about 10.00 yuan;

3) The production cost of promotional materials such as exhibition boards and posters is about 10.00 yuan;

4) Printing of materials such as post-collection, data statistics, material filing and investigation reports, the cost contract is 10.00 yuan.

Seven, specific arrangements

1) Pre-preparation stage [March 9 to March 15]

a. From March 9 to March 14, the Ministry of Supervision supervised the production of 500 questionnaires and submitted them to the president for review.

b. From March 9th to March 12th, the Organization Department is responsible for mobilizing members to participate. The Foreign Affairs Department assists in mobilizing. On the 12th, the list of members who will conduct specific investigations will be handed over to the president and vice president for approval. After the personnel are finalized, the organization department will conduct basic courtesy training.

c. From March 11th to March 13th, the pre-publication will be carried out through exhibition boards and posters. Prior to this, the Propaganda Department prepared promotional materials; after the promotion, the promotional materials were stored for the exchange.

2) Questionnaire stage [March 16 to March 20]

a. Establish an interim questionnaire team:

b. After the staff members are grouped, under the leadership of each team leader, a targeted and flexible approach and approach will be used to conduct random surveys of students in the school.

c. Communicate with the student unions of each department and use the identity of some member student council officers to obtain their support and cooperation.

3) Statistical analysis stage [March 21 to March 27]

a. From March 21st to March 22nd, the Ministry of Supervision is responsible for collecting and collating the questionnaires and conducting preliminary data statistics.

b. From March 23 to March 25, the community theory study group will initially analyze the statistics, discuss and organize the investigation report. During the period, Teacher He Tingting will train representatives of the theoretical study group.

c. From March 26th to March 27th, please ask Mr. He Tingting, the teacher of the Employment Guidance Office to give guidance, and give the final investigation report in combination with the teacher's suggestion.

4) Post-promotional stage [March 28-April 3]

a. From March 30th to April 1st, activities and results will be promoted through exhibition boards and posters. Prior to this, the Propaganda Department prepared promotional materials; after the promotion, the promotional materials were stored for the exchange.

b. Try to publish the survey report in the school magazine, and use campus radio to expand the influence.

c. Striving to promote the event and achievements on the website of the Youth League Committee and the website of the college.

d. Encourage members who participate in this event to submit their contributions to the editorial department of each department or journal.

5) Summary of experience stage [April 4th to April 6th]

a. Summarize the good experiences and methods in the activity, analyze and identify the deficiencies, and explore solutions.

b. Archive excellent reports, team members' experience, activity records and various materials.

c. On April 6, a general meeting will be held to report on recent work.

Note: After the work is completed on the same day, the person in charge of each work should report the progress of the work to the direct responsible person in time so as to get timely work instructions.

All financial flows and management in this activity are the responsibility of the Finance Department.

Eight, matters needing attention

1) In the process of completing the questionnaire by the interviewed person, in principle, the staff member must be present.

2) In the course of the questionnaire, if the other party does not understand or is unclear about the terminology and concept, it must be explained in detail, and at the same time, it must be easy to understand and explain in a simple way.

3) In the process of investigation, the choice of questionnaire survey method and interview survey method can be flexibly determined by the staff, and the most suitable survey method is determined according to the actual situation of the respondent.

4) In the case of not planning the precautions, the staff and their responsible persons should be flexible in order to facilitate the investigation.
