In order to improve my ability and performance quickly in the new period, I plan this personal work plan. The current work is:

Part 1: Department quality management work:

1. Handle daily “quality problem feedback form”, “technical document feedback form” and feedback from various departments of the company on the work of R&D department. Every day, we will promptly handle the "Quality Problems, Technical Issues Feedback" from various departments of the company, immediately contact relevant engineers to solve the problem, and promptly notify the relevant department responsible person to handle the problem, urge the engineers to complete the problem rectification on a regular basis, and regularly put the common Quality issues are fed back to the department manager to improve the quality of the department's work. As can be seen from the "Technical Problem Feedback Form" received so far, the problem is mainly concentrated in the drawings of the hardware part. The most common problem is that the drawing does not match the actual object or the key parameters of the drawing are not clearly described, resulting in quality. The department could not be inspected. The main cause of this problem is on the hardware engineer, so the drawings must be closed before the release, and it is very important for the engineer to ensure the correctness and completeness of the drawings.

2. The internal file of the R&D department is written, and the current quality system files are managed and rectified according to the actual work situation, including related “program files”, “work instructions” and various forms. The files that have been edited since entering the company are as follows: rt-dwi-a15 "Engineering Change Output Operation Guide", rt-dwi-a19 "Engineering Change Meeting Approval Specification", "Developing a Small Sample Purchase Operation Process", "Engineering Change and Design" Record Table, etc., standardizes the engineering process of engineering changes and the procurement process of the R&D department. Next, the rt-dqp-01 "Design and Development Control Program" and "Software Review Work Instructions" will be modified according to the actual development program.

3. Inspection and implementation before the project change is issued, the project changes the feedback of the signing and quality issues between the various departments of the R&D center, and the BOM list is compiled according to the contents of the project change.

Since entering the company, he has been in charge of inspection and issued 174 engineering changes, from dXX0207001 to dXX0620174; collated and counted the specific changes of various products and parts for engineering changes, and compiled and counted the quantity and quality of engineering issued by engineers in the R&D department. Please see the Engineering Change Register. Edit the bom list of the product according to the engineering changes to ensure that the engineer makes changes in the latest version of the BOM list.

The signing and distribution of engineering changes is a tedious and important job, although I am only replacing Zheng Lin's work and acting as a circulatory message. However, I personally think that engineering changes in the signing process of various departments can let me know how to make a project change, and the direction of each department of the company. For example, the customer service department will focus on whether the project change will affect the products sold. Maintenance, etc., these are often overlooked by engineers we develop during the design process. R&D engineers can't be a designer who doesn't know what's going on outside the window. The signers in each department represent the voices of different links and different customers. Their voices are strong and powerful.

4. In the process of research and development, the procurement of new materials includes: contact with suppliers, bargaining, communication and delivery details, and reimbursement for approval; registration of materials after storage, sorting of samples, samples and supplier data.

Since the end of March, the R&D department has purchased a small amount of R&D samples by itself. I have assumed the responsibility of purchasing a small amount of samples from the R&D department. I have successfully formed and improved the sample purchase application approval process, communicated with the supplier, and the proof and reimbursement process. 5. Recording and tracking of various meetings of the R&D department. Since entering the company, he has participated in various types of meetings such as project meetings, internal department meetings, quality meetings, etc., and has written many minutes of meetings; after the meeting, he has regularly tracked the remaining issues of the meeting according to the schedule and timely feedback to the superior leaders and relevant departments. Writing various kinds of meeting minutes and technical documents is a relatively weak place for me. The reason for this is that I am confused before each meeting, I don’t know the purpose and significance of the meeting, and the second is that I’m mentioning it in the technical meeting. The technical knowledge is not understood, which leads me to participate as a basic meeting recorder, and the quality of the written meeting records is naturally not high. In view of this, I hope that in the future, under the premise of understanding the technical knowledge of products, we must clearly grasp the purpose and significance of each meeting we participate in, understand the reasons for the meeting, the problems that the meeting hopes to solve, and learn technical documents. Part 2: Project management:

1. Participate in the tuv external audit work and improve the project management process according to the requirements of iso13485. Familiar with the management system requirements such as iso13485, participate in the data preparation work of tuv external audit, rectify the project files according to the external audit requirements, and improve the product project development process. 2. Participate in the R&D process, review, complete the project, track the progress of the project, and check and organize the project documents. Since entering the company, he has taken over the project management of three major projects, rt-9100, rt-9600, rt-6100, rt-200c plus Chinese dual-machine version and English version. It is mainly responsible for participating in the project phase review, finishing project meeting minutes and timing. Track inspection implementation, project documentation inspection and collation. At present, I only participate in the document collation when the project is completed, but we can see from the tuv external audit in April that the project we developed did not pay attention to the finishing of the document from the beginning, nor did it do well. Project process management. Many people may feel that there is no need to stick to the documentation at the beginning of the project. They think that these are formal things and have no practical effect on R&D projects. In fact, this view is wrong. Good project management can not only speed up the progress of the project, but also set up key points such as project evaluation and auditing in advance, and conduct phase review on time to ensure the quality of each component of the product and avoid risk problems early.

Part 3: Technical design work:

Responsible for drawing and updating all product labeling of the company. Responsible for the company's product label, including logo label, model type label, back version label, outer box address label, outer box environmental label, film keyboard, work area film, etc., as well as a small number of parts silk screen design, cad Drawing and updating of engineering drawings.

I have been working in the company for nearly half a year. With the familiarity with the company system, working methods and management concepts, and the support and cooperation of colleagues and leaders in my work, I gradually become familiar with and understand the daily work of the department.
