School of Stomatology, 2004 work plan
According to the 2004 work plan of the Ministry of Medicine and the situation of our hospital, we will continue to take the important thinking of the "Three Represents" as the guide, actively implement the various tasks put forward by the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and give better play to the party's contact with the workers. The role of bridges and ties, seeking truth from facts, advancing with the times, earnestly fulfilling the basic duties of the trade unions , and focusing on the following tasks:
First, actively participate in the activities of the party committee on the "strengthening communication between doctors and patients and improving service levels";
Second, cooperate with the party committee to carry out the construction of hospital culture, and actively carry out various forms of cultural and sports activities;
Third, continue to strengthen and improve the construction of the Teachers' Congress system, take the implementation of the "four powers" of the Teachers' Congress as the focus of work, continuously improve the quality and level of the representatives of the Teachers' Congress, and do a good job of supplementing, replacing and training the representatives;
Fourth, further improve the work of the trade unions and meet the family-building upgrade activities carried out by the trade unions of the Ministry of Medicine;
Fifth, strengthen the activation of the grassroots, the intensity of the shift of the center of gravity, focus on the adjustment of the union leader, training, use and the self-construction of the trade union team.
Specific activity arrangements
January to February:
Convene a teacher's congress, a party, send warm condolences, and distribute welfare products.
Avian flu knowledge and part of the outpatient building during the Spring Festival during the Spring Festival, shooting and publicity work.
March:
1. Organizing employee long-distance running competition
2. "March 8" Women Workers' Representatives Symposium
3. "Three Eight" Festival Welfare Goods Distribution
4. Election of the "two generations of representatives" of the Ministry of Medicine
5. Meet the 43rd Sports Meeting of the Ministry of Medicine to organize employees to learn "Tai Chi Fan"
April:
1. Handling female employee insurance work
2. Organize employees to climb mountaineering activities
3. Organized to participate in the 43rd Games of the Ministry of Medicine
4. Adjustment, training, and use of the team leader

1. Handling employee accident insurance work
2. Support the football team to participate in the football department faculty football competition
