First, the guiding ideology

The work of the fourth-grade group of this semester will be based on the work plan of the faculty, with the guidance of “fine management, creating brand characteristics”, giving full play to the functions of the whole group of teachers, continuing to carry out diligent and pragmatic work style, and creating harmony and unity. The atmosphere of the group group, consolidate the existing achievements, improve the quality of education and teaching , and strive to create the characteristics of the group management.

Second, the main work and measures

1. Carefully build a group of teachers – form a team of grade teachers with unified thinking, consistent goals, unity, excellence, and harmony.

2, meticulously create a group of students - to form a strong learning atmosphere, love to learn, behavioral habits, standard and ceremonial, pay attention to health, active physical exercise, physical and mental health.

(1) Improve the students' ideological and moral quality by organizing students to study the school's one-day routine, taking health, civility and courtesy, and classroom learning habits as a breakthrough.

(2) Class teams, hand-written newspapers, exhibition boards, etc. are the main positions, using a variety of activities and diverse forms of activities to create an atmosphere, strengthen awareness, and promote the formation of a good atmosphere.

(3) With the creation of civilized classes as the main line, strengthen the supervision of students' daily behavior and daily work of the class.

(4) Pay attention to and strengthen the cultivation of students' study habits, consolidate existing achievements, and further create a good learning atmosphere. The education of students' learning habits is cultivated in various forms. Through vivid examples and famous quotes, students are guided to understand the importance of cultivating good study habits. Through careful explanation and demonstration, students can clearly define the goal of learning habits. Teachers of all disciplines should regard the cultivation of students' good study habits as their unshirkable responsibility, and the grade management team should intensify inspections in this process.

3. Carefully create a class management model with the head teacher as the core, the teacher of the department, the life teacher and the grade group to participate in the management, and effectively implement the class creation activities and introduce the class classes.

(1) At the beginning of the period, each class teacher shall formulate a six-year class feature creation plan based on the characteristics of the original class.

In the process of education and teaching , targeted activities of creating distinctive classes are carried out.

During the mid-term period, 1-1-2 classes were launched for exchanges.

4. Realize three hard indicators:

1 Increase the intensity of students' good behavior habits, especially the cultivation of study habits as the primary and top priority, so that our fourth-grade students are truly different.

2 Enhance the awareness of classroom quality, and strive to balance the development of language, mathematics, and English. Reduce the gap between parallel disciplines.

3 Strengthening the safety and education of teachers' morality, achieving no major accidents in the class, no vicious complaints, and no normal loss.

5. Improve the education awareness and service awareness of the whole group of teachers.

Strengthening the education concept of “Education is no small matter, everywhere moral education” in education and teaching activities; Strengthening the awareness of “Educator is the service provider”, in the attitude of working towards parents, students and society, the service consciousness Now the whole process of education and teaching .

(1) The rate of electric visits during the semester is 100%. Actively contact home and school to showcase the educational and teaching achievements of our school and our group, understand the educational needs of parents and the society, and publicize the school's educational philosophy.

(2) Organize a home-school communication experience exchange within the group.
