3. 4. 1. Reading activities. The teachers of the whole school are engaged in the reading of educational masterpieces. Each teacher reads no less than three masterpieces a year. Each theoretical book must have more than 1,000 words of reading comments or reading.

The school encourages teachers to create personal blog pages, actively write teaching logs, and write their own life perceptions, teaching notes, lesson plans, classroom recordings, and reading experiences into educational blogs. Teachers publish an average of no less than 6 journals per month.
3. School-based training. Organize school-based training, with no less than 20 hours of training per teacher.
4, school-based teaching and research. The school teaching and research group preparation group will conduct teaching and research activities for fixed time, location, specific topics and personnel at least every two weeks. The head of the teaching and research group should record the teaching and research activities in a timely manner.
5. Basic teacher training for new teachers. The annual training of the new teachers' teaching basic skills for 1-3 years is divided into annual training. The new teachers in this school year pass the assessment of “three words”, “three lessons” and “three items”.
6. The basic skills of middle-aged and old teachers are upgraded.
