The minister’s routine work includes:

1. Participate in the meeting of the ministerial organization departments organized by the school league committee every Monday night, and timely convey the spirit of the school activities to the college, and do a good job in the bridge between the school and the college in the organization department.

2. Participate in the ministerial meetings organized by the college at noon on Tuesdays.

On Tuesday evening, we will hold a regular meeting with the three deputy departments of the organization department to convey the recent activities of the school and the college and arrange the tasks for this week. On Tuesday at the end of the month, I heard the summary of the work of the deputy departments in the month. The Minister summarized the activities carried out by the department this month, proposed the merits and deficiencies, and made a record to facilitate the effective work in the future.

3. At the end of each month, hold a regular meeting of the 05-level missions, collect their summary of the life of the group and the work plan for the next month, and give them a reference activity theme provided by the organization department. At the meeting, they will understand and answer any questions they encounter at work. After the meeting, they will evaluate their summary, review their plans, make up the deficiencies, and make corresponding records. Both will be the materials for the evaluation of the "model group branch" at the end of the year.

4. Maintain close contact with the Zhuzhou Organization Department and do a good job of communicating with them and the 06.07 class missions.

Main work arrangements:

1. The re-issuance of the group membership and the membership card. The registration of the volunteers of the whole group is compiled and lost.

The archives of the members who have no transfer relationship are counted and the archives data management of the members is improved. According to the actual situation of the work of the Communist Youth League in our school, the work manuals of the branches of each group were reorganized, so that the work of the league branches of each class could be better carried out.

2. Cooperate with the hospital to carry out the party school. Strengthen the discipline supervision and management during the class, and do the attendance of the students to the class. They are late for the class. The students who have absenteeism will be notified and reported to the college.

3. Implement the activities of the “Group Organization Construction Activity Month”. Effectively implement the activities and guide each class to carry out activities related to group building. To a certain extent, give guidance and help to the experience of the organization department of Zhuzhou Campus, and summarize the activities of the department. Strive to achieve the honorable title of outstanding group organization in the school appraisal.

4. Conduct research activities for student groups. Each class carried out activities with the theme of “seeking excellent Communist Party members and outstanding members”. The organization department will organize a seminar focusing on the college teachers, the last outstanding members, the outstanding group cadres, the sub-groups, and the representatives of each class. In-depth discussion on “advancement education for group members”, after the end of the exchange, asked each person to write an article. The content is based on the outstanding members of the youth and the deeds of the cadres. It explores how to effectively combine the May Fourth tradition with the spirit of the times and today's group activities, so that the outstanding members can truly play an advanced model role.

5. The educational evaluation activities of the members of the whole school, each member of the group summed up the life of the group organization that participated in the year. And is developing
