Graduation internship is a practical and practical teaching course that is set up according to the needs of talent training in the university's professional talent training program. Those who pass the graduation internship will receive 10 credits; according to the xx university regulations, the graduation internship cannot be exempted.
Second, the internship time
Graduation internships for xx-level professional university students are arranged for 8 weeks and are implemented across semester. The specific dates are from December 18, 2019 to March 28, 2019.

3. Organizational form of interns
A total of 499 students from the XX-level university in this internship were organized according to two methods: concentrated internship and decentralized internship. Students choose an internship method based on their majors and their own conditions.
Students who choose to disperse their internships should contact the internship unit themselves, but they must go through the relevant formalities, including their application and confirmation letter from the other party.
Students who choose to concentrate on internships should be contacted by the college; those who participate in intensive internships must obey the unified organization of the college.
After the student's internship location and unit are determined, it must remain stable. Students who are intensive internships are not allowed to change their internship units for any reason during the internship; students who have dispersed internships may need to change their internship units and report to the college in a timely manner.
Fourth, the work program
1. Prepare the internship teaching file
Before December 10, 2019, the Office of the Leading Group completed the preparation of the relevant internship files.
2, arrange the internship task
Before November 30, 2019, the internship in charge of each professional direction introduced the internship syllabus to students in this major, explaining the purpose, basic content and requirements of the internship.
3. Determine the internship location and internship unit:
Before December 6, 2019, the internship in charge of each professional direction will report to the teaching department a group of students who choose to disperse the internship method. Since then, the relevant leaders, departments, professional direction interns and interns have contacted each other to determine the teaching location and unit of the concentrated intern students.
4. Mobilize the conference
In mid-December 2019, the college held a mobilization meeting in the 500-person lecture hall, leading group members, school group leaders, xx class guides and all students.
5, back to school time
After the student's internship, the return time is March 29-30, 2019. If you cannot return to school on time if you have special circumstances, you must take time off in advance. If the time for leave is less than 2 days, please ask the class teacher for leave; for more than two days, you must take the leave from the deputy director of the internship in charge of the internship, and prepare the written materials and evidence for the original reason for the leave. Those who return to school on time and without reason will not be able to obtain internship credits according to the class, and will be dealt with according to the school's student status management regulations.

6, comprehensive assessment of internship results
From April 2nd to April 12th, 2019, the internship results of the students in various professional directions will be assessed and reported to the Ministry of Education on April 13.
V. Guidance, inspection and assessment of student internships
1. Teacher guidance: For students who are intensive internship, the instructor should go to the internship point to understand the student's internship, conduct necessary inspections and guidance, and do the assessment work; students who are decentralized internships should contact and inspect and guide through the letter. 2, student Zhou Xiaojun: During the internship, students must write a summary every week, save their own; after the end of the internship, hand instructors, as one of the basis for performance evaluation. 3. Student's written report: All students must make a second written report to the internship teacher before January 15, 2019 and March 1, 2019 during the internship; and be retained by the internship teacher as the basis for the performance evaluation. one.
4. Student Internship Report: Students must write an internship report within the last two weeks of the internship. The internship report should be based on the theoretical knowledge of the majors studied, combined with the actual situation of the internship internship unit. You can talk about 3 to 4 professional issues that you have experienced in the internship process, or you are interested in, and you can talk about your own experiences and opinions. The internship report is no less than 3,000 words.
5. Student internship appraisal: At the end of the internship, students should fill out the “Graduate Internship Self-identification” column in the “Graduation Internship Appraisal Form”, and ask the internship unit leader or internship instructor to sign the opinion and appraisal on the “Graduation Internship Appraisal Form”. And bring back the official seal of the internship unit and bring it back.
6. Other materials that students can provide: If students participate in research, planning, negotiation, and argumentation related to the profession during the internship process, they can submit various planning books and markets for their units after obtaining the consent of the internship unit. The relevant written materials such as the investigation report, project feasibility analysis, negotiation minutes, etc. shall be returned to the college as an auxiliary file of the internship report; if the business secret of the internship unit is involved, part of the contents of the cover, catalogue, etc. may be photocopied, and the internship unit shall show you the participation. Proof of the project. The above materials, together with the internship report, serve as the basis for the evaluation of the internship results.
7. Assessment of results: After the student has returned to school after the internship, he must submit 8 copies of the weekly summary, the Internship Report and the Graduation Internship Identification Form. From April 1st to April 12th, the person in charge of the professional direction will organize the relevant teachers to perform the five grades of “excellent, good, medium, pass and fail”, and do a good job in assessing the results of the students’ graduation internship and report them to the leading group. The leading group will strictly review the outstanding and unsuccessful.
Summary of work
After the internship is completed, the person in charge of each professional direction should summarize the graduation internship of the students in this major and write a summary report. Seven, graduation internship notes
1. Students who participate in decentralized internships must submit the “Proof of Graduation Internship Management” to the leader or instructor of the internship unit.
2. After the internship student arrives at the internship unit, he/she should promptly ask the internship unit to fill out the “Internship Unit Letter”. 3. Each student must carefully read the requirements of the Graduation Internship Program in his or her professional direction, understand his or her spirit, and conduct internships as required; and refer the Graduation Internship Program to the leaders or instructors of the internship unit.
