2. According to the company's development plan, propose a human resource plan that matches it.
Recruitment and configuration:
1. Assist the director to establish a reserve mechanism for special talents and long-term recruitment channels.
2. The plan establishes a long-term supply relationship for outstanding talents with key domestic universities.
3. Collect and pay attention to the talent information of well-known recruitment websites in China.
4. Improve the “Employee Recruitment Operation Rules”, procedures and related forms that have been formulated in the actual application.
5. Assist all departments in implementing recruitment.
6. Establish a recruitment file.
Training:
1. Improve the “Management Measures for Staff Training and Education”, procedures and related forms in the actual application.
2. Consolidate the employee training mechanism that has been initially established.
3. Make a new employee training material.
4. Establish training files.
5. Invite Shenzhen professional training institutions to provide one or two trainings for company department heads or related personnel. The training content is based on actual work needs, such as time and goal management, human resource management, job assignment, communication coordination, and leadership art.
Performance appraisal:
1. Assist the director to formulate performance appraisal management methods to provide a basis for the specific implementation of performance appraisal work.
2. Assist the director to implement new performance appraisal standards throughout the company.
3. Continue to do other related work for performance appraisal.
Labor relationship management
1. Retirement improves the established retirement process and related forms in actual application.
Assist the director to formulate the employee retirement and severance management system, and provide the basis for handling retirement and severance matters.
2. Resignation Improve the established resignation process and related forms in the actual application.
Assist the director to formulate a resignation management system to provide a basis for resignation matters.
