I. Organizational deployment and development

This year's normative construction year activity is the continuation and deepening of the concentration of education and rectification activities of the lawyers team last year. In this regard, in view of the reality of the Institute, in order to unify our thinking, raise our understanding, and fully promote the firm's normative construction activities, we first convened three levels of meetings: First, convene a meeting of partners of the firm to advance the activities of the normative construction year. Mobilize and unify the ideological understanding of the management core layer; secondly, convene a meeting of all lawyers to convey the spirit of the meeting and archives at the higher level, and carry out a comprehensive mobilization deployment; through the convening of two meetings, each lawyer has defined the normative construction year. The guiding ideology, target tasks, method steps and work requirements have consciously eliminated the lack of confidence, tiredness, and disagreement, and formed a strong atmosphere for the firm's standardized construction activities.

In order to ensure that the activities are carried out in a solid and effective manner and achieve results, the firm will put the normative construction activities on an important agenda and formulate specific plans for normative construction. First of all, in order to strengthen organizational leadership, it is determined that the director, executive partner and administrative business management personnel are fully responsible for the organization, planning, coordination and supervision of the Institute's normative annual activities. Secondly, in order to avoid the activity in the form, go through the field, and solve the problem of competing with the daily legal service work, and in the time schedule, according to the time characteristics of the lawyer's work, try to use the evening and rest days to organize activities to ensure the activities. The content is targeted, organizes all lawyers to study laws and regulations, exchange experiences, find problems, closely contact the Institute, and the actual situation, to ensure that the activities do not go through the field and achieve practical results. Once again, the requirements were clarified to promote development, improve management systems, improve management, and promote career development. To this end, the firm actively organized several activities. Such as the organization of partners, administrative business management personnel exchange and study, study the mature experience and advanced practices of the management of some outstanding domestic law firms; invite judges, procurators and other relevant departments to discuss the form of consultation activities, report the firm's normative construction The overall situation of the work of the year, listen to the opinions and suggestions of all parties, and strive for cooperation and support; through the province's partnership law firm organized by the provincial government to regulate the construction of the annual observation meeting and the brothers law school to learn exchanges.

Through the specific deployment and implementation of the above work, combined with the educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of the Communist Party members, our standard construction activities have been carried out in a solid manner and achieved good results.

3.
