Summary of the year-end work of the town government office

I came to the South Korean village and town government in June 2019. I have been working for half a year. With the help of leaders and colleagues, I learned a lot and successfully completed the tasks assigned to me by the party and the government. The work is summarized as follows:

First, seriously cooperate with the director of the office to complete the work of the party and government offices .

The office is the window of the image of the government department. It is not only the image of one's own image, but also the image of the party and the country. As the first window of the government department, I strive to strictly demand myself, to be eye-catching and hand-to-hand. Heart, enthusiasm. Let the people who come to the government departments change their minds, not the ugly, difficult things to imagine. Let everybody come with a relaxed mood and return with a satisfactory mood.

Information work is a window that accurately and timely reflects the work of government departments. It is a carrier for on-and-time feedback and timely communication and means of promoting work. Doing a good job in information work is the main task of the office . The information is a big difficulty for me who just entered the job. I know that there are few situations. I should always look at the six roads and the eyes, and collect materials in time. The practice of the pen is better for the government department.

In addition to posing posture and strengthening information writing exercises, there are many other jobs in the office, which are many and complicated. This requires patience and care. We will do a good job in registering and issuing registration records to ensure that no missing documents are made, and that important files and urgent files are sent to the main leaders in the first time, and the telephone information is uploaded and released to ensure that the telephone information is transmitted at the first time. Go out; complete the task of quality and quantity for the tasks assigned by the superiors; do a good job in the distribution of newspapers; do a good job in maintaining and cleaning the office.

Second, personally participate in the census work.

In the 10-year census, the Party Central Committee requires a true, accurate and timely response to the census work. I started the census under the leadership of the township leaders. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in this census. Under the leadership of the leadership, there are nearly 20 villages to guide the census work. This is the first time for me to be close to the people as a staff member. Every census is very serious, although the guidance work is not imagined. So smooth, there are difficulties in one way or another, but the public’s enthusiasm for participating in the census is very high. From participation in training, to verification, to coding, to photoelectric registration. Every step has been seriously involved, although it is also powerful, but everyone is insisting, can not retreat, because I am still young, can not fall behind. Finally, with the leadership of the leaders and the cooperation of colleagues, the census was successfully completed.

Third, strengthen the study of trade union knowledge.

From the beginning, I did not understand the trade unions, and I worked as a trade union. I have been through the trade union for half a year. During this period, I strengthened the study of trade union knowledge, first laid out my theoretical foundation, and then talked about the qualifications for serving the employees and benefiting them. I will enrich my business level in the future, better serve the employees, and help the leaders to better solve their practical difficulties.

For me who has just left the campus, there are many deficiencies in work experience. There are still many places to learn for people. On the one hand, although political theory studies have made certain progress, there is still no depth and breadth. On the other hand, the work is not bold enough, always changing the working methods in the process of continuous learning, and can not practice in innovation.

In the future work, I will continue to strengthen personal cultivation, consciously strengthen learning, work hard to improve the work level, adapt to the needs of my job under the new situation, develop strengths and circumvent weaknesses, work hard, overcome difficulties, and strive to do a better job. Continue to make up for your own shortcomings, listen to the opinions and suggestions of colleagues, learn more about science and culture, use your knowledge to arm your mind, and remove laziness.
