In 2019, under the leadership of the Municipal Education Commission and the Education Bureau, the research work of vocational and technical education in our city adheres to the principle of service, employment-oriented, competency-based, student-centered, Lide Shuren, and promote talent cultivation. Reform and innovation of the model, improve students' comprehensive quality and professional ability, effectively strengthen education and scientific research, teaching management, deepen teaching reform, and strive to improve education quality and school efficiency. In the professional organization of the vocational schools and the education staff, careful organization and joint efforts have achieved gratifying results. The work of 2019 is summarized as follows:

First, strengthen teacher training, the quality of the teaching team is steadily improved

The rise and fall of education and success or failure, talent is the key factor. The establishment of a team of teachers with strong political ideology and high professional quality is the foundation of school development. We attach great importance to the training of teachers. First, more than 80 outstanding teachers have been selected to participate in the training of provincial teachers. Second, the training of secondary vocational teachers in the city has been organized. On August 26th, the city's vocational education center carefully organized the training of the new outline and new teaching materials for teachers in secondary vocational schools. The city's secondary vocational schools in the language, mathematics, English, computer, moral education, five full-time teachers, vocational school director of teaching vice president and academic director, a total of 1210 people attended the training. Help frontline teachers learn to understand the new spirit and new measures of the reform of secondary vocational education, familiarize themselves with and master new teaching materials, grasp the knowledge of textbooks and skill structure, and guide students to apply the knowledge they have learned to solve the basic problems of the subject. To improve the quality of education. The training was directly taught by the main editors of the new national syllabus and new textbooks. The level and scale of training was the highest in the city. The third is to organize the training of all the teachers who participated in the training of the provinces and cities. Second, the implementation of teaching practices, and the success of peer-to-peer learning

The quality of routine teaching management is an important indicator to measure the quality of a school's teaching. It is also the basis for the survival and development of vocational schools. All vocational schools thoroughly implement the "Professional School Teaching Practices" to standardize and improve the school's rules and regulations. Every semester, the school checks whether the teaching plans of each subject are in line with the actual situation of the students, and whether the teaching methods and measures are effective. Each teacher is required to prepare lessons for the week, and prepare materials, prepare students, and prepare teaching aids. The Academic Affairs Office and the Discipline Teaching and Research Section regularly check and prepare for the teacher's preparation. Our Vocational Education Research Office occasionally listens to the door-to-door class and regularly holds demonstration classes on relevant subjects. Organized language, number, foreign and other subjects to simulate examinations, the city implemented a unified proposition, unified scoring standards, unified printing of test papers, unified examinations organized by vocational schools, which greatly promoted the reform of classroom teaching and the improvement of teaching quality. Take the counterpart education as an example. In 2009, the number of reference schools in the city was 4775, an increase of 1015 over last year. The number of people on the line reached 3,367, accounting for 15% of the province's total, an increase of 779 from last year. The number of undergraduate students was 542, accounting for 29% of the province's counterparts, and 238 more than last year. The top three schools in terms of the number of students attending the school are Wu'an Vocational Education Center, Ci County Vocational Education Center, and Quzhou Vocational Education Center. The number of people in the Wu'an Vocational Education Center has reached 1,556, accounting for 7% of the province's total. The number of undergraduate students reached 385, accounting for 20% of the province's undergraduate students. It is not only in the city, but also unique in the province.

Third, organize the development of teachers' teaching and research activities

In order to promote the theoretical and practical research of the middle vocational education teachers in our city, promote the development of secondary vocational education in our city and develop the characteristics, improve the theoretical level of vocational and technical education, and hold the selection of excellent teaching papers for secondary vocational education in Handan City. The commendation activities were screened by various units. There were more than 100 papers participating in the evaluation. There were 10 first prizes, 20 second prizes and 40 third prizes.

In September, the young and middle-aged teachers were encouraged to actively explore new teaching models and teaching methods to promote the professional quality and teaching quality of professional teachers. The Teaching Work Committee of the China Vocational and Technical Education Association and the Higher Education Press held a national secondary vocational school teaching class. Through careful selection, the city has 8 teachers representing the province to participate in five professional competitions in calligraphy, clothing, English, animation and tourism.

Fourth, the activities of the Center's teaching and research group are in-depth and solid, and the teaching and research has reached a new level.

There are 11 center teaching and research groups in the city, which are distributed in 9 vocational schools. They play a decisive role in the teaching and research work of the city. At the beginning of the year, the teaching and research groups of each center were instructed to formulate activity plans, determine the content of the activities, and review the feasibility of the plan. During the activities, the teaching and research groups of the centers were urged to strictly follow the plan. Each of the Center's teaching and research groups has more than two activities this year, standardizing the central work of each activity stage and the problems that need to be solved urgently. Organize rich teaching and research activities, listen to classes, evaluate classes, invite people to do demonstration classes, visit and study in foreign countries, learn advanced research concepts and teaching methods in other places. In April, we will do a good job in preparing for the study of each subject. Before the exam, we carefully organized 3 to 5 sets of simulated test questions from the teaching and research groups of each center.

V. School-based curriculum and the construction of school-based textbooks to improve the quality of vocational education

Further strengthen the curriculum construction of secondary vocational education, cultivate excellent courses and local characteristic textbooks, organize and carry out the selection of excellent school-based textbooks for secondary vocational education, and select two schools of the second vocational middle school and Quzhou vocational education center of our city to participate in the whole Provincial competition. The school-based textbooks "Basic Etiquette and Language Literacy" and "Office Automation Training" of Bengbu No. 2 Vocational Middle School won the second prize of the province.

Although the city's vocational education and teaching management has achieved great results in 2019, there are still some problems, mainly:

1. The teaching and research teaching work of some schools is not deep enough, and the teaching and research activities are carried out without planning. The teaching and research activities are subjective and random, and they are not even carried out, which seriously affects the improvement of teaching level.

2. It is necessary to further strengthen communication and research, and do a good job for vocational schools.
