The construction and other aspects of the work have achieved certain results. The work of this year is summarized as follows:
1. Highlight the characteristics of practice and conscientiously carry out the study and practice activities of the scientific development concept. Since March XX, the unified deployment of the county party committee and the water party bureau has been highly valued and carefully implemented. With the joint efforts of the majority of party members and cadres, the Institute has studied high standards and strict practices. 3. Establish and improve various rules and regulations, and implement scientific and standardized management. For the scientific management and reform of various water conservancy projects, all the staff of the organization have carefully studied the water conservancy system reform archives and water conservancy laws and regulations at the central, provincial and municipal levels, conducted comprehensive and comprehensive discussions, and sought the opinions of front-line staff at the grassroots level. Combined with the requirements of water conservancy project management, we will establish a management system, methods and responsibilities that are appropriate to it, implement a post responsibility system and a quantitative assessment method for the target, systematically comprehensively regulate the water pipe work, and strengthen the implementation of the system. The monthly monitoring, quarterly evaluation, and monitoring methods for cashing at the end of the year are strictly implemented to control the system and restrict the person with responsibility, so that the whole process of water pipe work is under control.
4. Strengthen project management and maintenance to ensure the safety of engineering facilities. First of all, we put the daily management of the project in the first place, reduce the cost of maintenance and repair by strengthening management, and at the same time, strive for funds through multiple channels, and increase the investment in the construction of the long-term disrepair and aging. Adhere to the combination of flood control and drought relief. Before the main flood season this year, we purchased a 30 kW diesel generator set and timely repaired the mobile submersible pump. Emergency generators were added to the two medium-sized culverts of Chenqiao and Luwang, and the engineers and technicians were dispatched to update and repair the transformers and high and low voltage transmission lines of the two rubber dams of Licang and Banqiao. The emergency rescue team was equipped with flood control emergency tents, life jackets, safety helmets and camouflage uniforms, which improved the equipment level of the flood prevention emergency rescue team. Afterwards, the project maintenance funds were raised in time, and the management implementation of the Sancha West Station of the key project of flood prevention was upgraded. The management room wall and living office space were newly built, and the staff cultural and entertainment facilities were added. In view of the importance of the Sancha project, 15 management personnel of 3 new stations, three old stations and flood control embankments were unified into the management office of the Sancang Sancha Center and listed.
5. Grasp the cultivation of talents and improve the quality of personnel. In order to improve the quality of the plumbers, we cultivate and educate in terms of ideas, style, morality, and business capabilities. This year, 24 young technicians from our institute actively enrolled in the adult college entrance examination, and 20 of them reached the admission scores and became the correspondence students of the Adult College of Anhui Water Institute.
