Strengthen daily work management
1. Formulate the annual work plan in a timely manner, and implement the target and task of the employment and social security key tasks in the whole district to the grassroots level to ensure the completion of the annual target tasks.
2. Further strengthen the role of township and community labor security platforms. First, according to the requirements of “four in six” and the characteristics of our district, actively carry out free job introduction, vocational skills training and labor export work, and standardize the working methods of each station. The second step is to further improve the policy level and business quality of labor security workers in all townships and towns. The Office has set up a training course on laws and regulations and business knowledge of labor security workers in the whole district, focusing on the Labor Contract Law and Employment Promotion. The Law, the Three Laws on Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law, the Regulations on the Implementation of Urban Residents' Medical Insurance, and the Implementation Rules for the Endowment Insurance for Land-expropriated Farmers, as well as business knowledge on employment, training, and retirement management services.
3. Actively implement the employment and reemployment support policy. First, actively implement social insurance assistance to promote flexible employment for people with employment difficulties. This year, the district applied for 24 social security subsidies for flexible employment. The second is to do a good job in the issuance and management of the "Re-employment Concession Certificate" and the "Anhui Employment Service Card". Since the beginning of this year, 28 people have been awarded the "Re-employment Concession Card" and 1,460 "Employment Service Cards".
4. Do a good job in labor agency work. Gradually regulate the work of social management services for retirees

In accordance with the unified deployment of the labor and social security departments of the provinces and municipalities, our district has carried out the activities of “eliminating zero-transfer farmers” in the whole district from June XX, and all towns and villages are carrying out investigation and mapping work. Strengthen labor inspection and safeguard the interests of both enterprises and employees

Established Huai Shang Vocational Skills Training School
With the accelerating urbanization process in our district, land-losing peasants and rural surplus labor are increasing. Nearly 100 enterprises in the Bengbu Industrial Park and the Commercial Logistics Park are also in urgent need of recruiting a large number of skilled workers. Ten majors, including processing, planting, sewing, glass manufacturing, printing, etiquette, provide free training for the unemployed, landless farmers and rural surplus laborers in our district.
