Since I came to the Changchun Station Police Station, this glorious battle group, under the correct guidance of the railway bureau and the public security department, to protect the safety of transportation and production, to maintain the political and public security in the management, and to strengthen the team building. With the business infrastructure construction, the railway public security organs played the role of cracking down on crimes, rectifying public security, and maintaining stability. Through the joint efforts of the police, the tasks were well completed.
In this nearly three-month apprenticeship, I have studied and exercised in various positions in the station based on the principle of “adaptation, study, exercise, and progress”. The director and all the police gave me many inspirations and influences in my thoughts, and gave me great help and support in my work. During the trainee period, the work of the station not only allowed me to realize the desire to "forge myself in a tough environment," but also gave me a new understanding of "people's public security for the people" and a deeper understanding of railway public security work.
First of all, my biggest feeling is that the burden of our police is very heavy. There are a lot of glory and opportunities in the big station, and it also gives us more responsibility for the police. But at the same time, I also feel that the big station like Changchun has obviously insufficient police force. In my eyes, many police officers can be called steel soldiers. For example, the North Station is often a civilian police officer. During the day, the time for changing meals and going to the toilet is very tense. There are not many policemen in various positions, and they are often drawn out to organize the pursuit of the work, and it seems that the police force is stretched. Several leaders are also very tired, often fighting with us on the front line, rarely rest. Many policemen look in their eyes and always rush to do this under the influence of this power.
Perhaps it is because our young people have just stepped out of school and can't immediately adapt to such work and life, only to feel that the station has different aspects from their own ideals. details as follows:
1. Communication tools can't keep up. In the age of informationization, especially when our police force is seriously inadequate, it is particularly important to establish a team that responds quickly. Sometimes upstairs and downstairs, the station outside the station is out of touch. Widely equipped with communication equipment, for the cooperation of various positions, it is very helpful for the police to call it immediately. If you only emphasize the police rate, not the police's quick response, not only the police force is wasted, but the demand is also unsatisfactory.
2. There are few opportunities for young police to exercise and learn, especially female police. It is mainly reflected in the cultivation of the quality of the police. Most of the problems were discovered by the old police, and the new police did not have the opportunity to study. For professional materials, the new police are rarely involved. We hope that each class will create more opportunities for the new police to participate in the production of materials. At the same time, the appointment of the old police in each class to "pass, help, and bring" the new police should be a good way for us to speed up our study in the post. When the new police encounter problems, I hope that the old police can give guidance and help in time.
3. During the months of the apprenticeship, I also felt that the police profession could not be fully respected. At the same time, the heavy responsibility of the passenger transport department is also borne by our civilian police. Sometimes when problems are encountered, the rights and interests of the police cannot be fully guaranteed.
Looking back at the trainee work for this period of time, I feel that there are achievements and shortcomings. In the workplace, I learned a lot of things that I couldn't touch at school, and I also had a certain degree of understanding of some businesses at the station. I was able to use my computer and English skills to solve some problems and get praise from the leaders of the station. Although I have made some progress in thinking, work, and learning, I understand that there is still a lot of work to be done, and there is a lot of business knowledge and skills to learn. I have to be mentally minded, keep working hard and move on.
I would like to make a few personal suggestions for the problems that exist:
1. For the pursuit of chasing, I feel that due to the lack of funds, we can not be equipped with police services, so that the work is passive. In addition, the pursuit of the work cannot be supported by the people. I think if we put a computer at the door of each waiting room, it is very important to wait for the passenger to find the number of trips after the passengers to check the ID card. It is very important to update the instruments used for the pursuit and the internal data.
2, for the management of passengers stepping on the stool, three products standing guard, handed over to the police management, intangible increase the burden of the police, I personally think that these jobs are the jurisdiction of passenger transport or preservation.
3, it is necessary to enter the station by ticket, I hope to stick to it for a long time. The passengers passing through the passenger station undoubtedly bring great security risks to the Changchun station as well as other problems such as sanitation and facility wear and tear.
4. For the problem that the three-pronged bag and the waiting room are difficult to find and the blind flow is difficult to find, I also hope to arrange more plain clothes. In fact, the police on duty can also occasionally change the casual patrol during the post, which also greatly saves the workload of the criminal police. This can reflect the diversity and comprehensiveness of our police business quality, which may be helpful for the detection of cases.
These are just some of my personal views of the young police, and there are many biases and shortcomings.
