Second, efforts to build "innovative" departments, new progress in institutional innovation

Educational institutions are service organizations that improve service levels. In addition to the requirements of people and others, they must have higher policy levels, scientific decision-making capabilities, and serious and responsible service attitudes. The first is to conduct in-depth investigation and research and service decision-making. Research is not an end, research is for service work. Through research, we will have the bottom of our hearts, take the initiative to offer suggestions, and serve the central work of the Municipal Bureau. The second is to enhance service awareness and improve service levels. Going deep into the people and serving the grassroots is the core of the organization's work style. On the one hand, we will carry out the party's purpose education and public opinion education, strengthen the construction of political ethics, and make the right use for the people, the feelings for the people, and the interests of the people; on the other hand, we will carry out the rationalization proposal activities to collect and improve the style of the organs, Through various forms, mobilize the majority of grassroots schools to actively improve their ideas and suggestions, and make proactive ideas and suggestions.
