According to statistics, in various ways, 48 ​​people were invited to the party inside and outside the department under the control of the branch, 3 symposiums were held, 42 individual interviews were conducted, and 26 comrades from other departments of the government were invited for comments. Do a good job of self-analysis. On the basis of multi-level feedback, party members and branch committees have carried out party spirit analysis in accordance with the important requirements of the "three represents" and the party members' standards set by the party constitution and the advanced requirements of the party members in the educational learning stage. . In accordance with the principle of "focusing on writing problems, seriously looking for reasons, and checking for oneself", all party members have carefully written party-oriented analytical materials of not less than 1,500 words in a pragmatic manner, and have been strictly examined by the branch committee. .
Seriously carry out democratic appraisal According to the arrangement, each party member made a serious, realistic and pragmatic personal party analysis report at the party branch meeting, and accepted the satisfaction evaluation. The results show that more than 95% of party members are more than 90% satisfied, and no one is below 70%. The members of the party committee seriously lived a life of dual organization. According to statistics, the branch has a total of 104 people, including: the branch secretary has 26 people, the branch committee members have 18 people, and the party members talked to each other 60 times.

Party branch secretary fully utilized the opportunity to convey feedback during the event, and had a heart-to-heart relationship with party members and leaders of several departments. The party members also opened their minds in the spirit of "unity-criticism-unity". Speak freely, seek opinions from each other, actively carry out criticism and self-criticism, and help comrades who have obvious gaps and outstanding problems in maintaining advancement in order to raise awareness, face up to problems, correct mistakes, and truly achieve ideological touch. In practice, there are actions to achieve the goal of improving self-cultivation, solving problems, harmonizing feelings and enhancing unity.

My branch consists of five divisions: production, security, administrative logistics, finance, and office. It accounts for 40% of the department. In response to the problem of insufficient standardization of unit housing management, the housing management personnel have been adjusted and strengthened, and the unit housing situation has been thoroughly investigated. For the problem that the attendance system is not strict enough, the supervision team will take the lead, and the administrative logistics and office comrades will take turns to form the attendance team. The number of regular and irregular attendances has been increased; the long-term mechanism for party members’ learning and education has been established and improved in response to the problem that the organizational life system is not sound enough and the form is relatively simple.
Grasping and combining the analysis and evaluation with the job. The ultimate goal of advanced education is to promote the development of various tasks. In the stage of analysis and appraisal, we must first teach first and grasp the work in one hand, first promote the work by teaching, seriously study new work ideas, and adopt new work measures to make the work of the unit develop healthily. At the same time, the poverty alleviation and donation activities were carried out. The party members and the public in our branch totaled 48 people and received 2,683 yuan in donations. All of them were donated to a special poor student who lost his father’s family economic pillar when he was admitted to Peking University last year. In this donation, the party committee leaders donated the most, fully demonstrating the exemplary role of party members and leading cadres.

Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational principle of the party, and it is the application of the popular line in the party's work in the party's life. Only by carrying forward democracy and giving full play to the enthusiasm, initiative and participation of party members and cadres, can we collect all kinds of good suggestions and opinions, so that we can gather ideas and work together; only by persisting in concentration, we can collect, sort and summarize on the basis of democracy.
