1. Strengthen the construction of the backbone of the moral education team, with special emphasis on the training of the new class teacher.
The school established a leading group for moral education with the headmaster as the leader and gave full play to the guiding role. In the school moral education work, the teaching office, the Youth League student team, the grade leader, the class teacher, and the political teacher are the main force in implementing moral education . Every semester, we will open a "four kinds of meetings", that is, a weekly theme class meeting; once a month, a class leader, a class teacher meeting; 1-2 class teacher experience exchange sessions per semester; and a parent meeting every semester. The set of assessment systems we have developed is more rigorous and the inspections are more intense.
