Moral education is an important part of the implementation of quality education in schools. It runs through all aspects of school education and teaching and all aspects of students' daily life, and is permeated in intellectual education, sports, aesthetic education and labor education. It plays a guiding, dynamic and guarantee role for the healthy growth of young students and school work. Middle school moral education is the foundation project for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, the foundational education for improving the ideological and moral quality of the whole nation, and the starting point for cultivating qualified citizens of the People's Republic of China. Middle school moral education is a basic education. It must lay a good foundation for the growth and development of students in the moral, intellectual, and physical aspects. It is necessary to lay a foundation for students to step into the society. At the same time, "the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on deepening education reform and comprehensively promoting quality education" pointed out that: to implement quality education, moral education , intellectual education, sports, and aesthetic education must be organically integrated in all aspects of educational activities. School education not only focuses on intellectual education , but also pays attention to moral education . It also strengthens sports, aesthetic education, labor technology education and social practice, so that education in all aspects can infiltrate and coordinate development, and promote students' all-round development and healthy growth. Therefore, schools must put moral education work in an important position, and carefully study the moral education work policy files, raise awareness, establish the idea of ​​teaching and educating people, managing education, and educating people. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of school moral education , one semester comes. We have strengthened the research on school moral education management and are summarized as follows:

First, carry out various forms of thematic education activities, pay close attention to the ideological and moral construction of students, promote the righteousness, and attack the evil spirits.
1. Patriotism Education This semester continued to grasp the flag-raising ceremony every Monday and the speech under the national flag to stimulate students' patriotic enthusiasm, establish a correct national consciousness, and cultivate patriotism. We carried out the survey and experience activities of the 30th Anniversary of Reform and Opening up, and organized an essay contest according to the relevant requirements of the school. Students have further improved their patriotic enthusiasm through reading activities.
2. Legal safety education strengthens the education of safety knowledge; continue to do a good job in the safety work of students in and out of school, sign relevant responsibility books, standardize the system, and implement various measures. This semester has worked well and there have been no safety incidents; the classes continued to study and implement the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, and timely educated some of the signs to prevent students from committing crimes.

3. Develop education. During the semester, our school has continued to strengthen the daily routine education of students, especially the behavioral habits, and the new "School of Primary and Secondary School Students" and "Standards of Daily Behavior of Middle School Students", focusing on the "Measures for the Assessment of Class Teachers" and the "Regulations on Student Rewards and Punishments" The "civilized class competition" activities were carried out, with class education and self-education as the mainstay. The team inspector team took positions to help students develop good hygiene, discipline, and behavioral habits, and received good educational results.

4. In the second set of broadcasting exercises organized by the District Bureau, the teachers and students of our school made concerted efforts and won the second prize.
5. The school actively responded to the “First Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition” and conducted selection activities throughout the school.
6. Give full play to the leading role of the team members, the group and the class leaders.
7. Further increase the management of accommodation students.
8. Cooperate with the superiors to actively carry out the construction of safe campus activities, strengthen the day and night duty, and have a record.

9. Cooperate with the epidemic prevention department to carry out measles vaccination for students.

10. Conduct sports reporting on time.

11. Around the New Year's Day, three activities of “cross-country running”, “painting exhibition” and “literary performance” were carried out, which greatly enriched the students' extracurricular life. In particular, “cross-country running” has achieved a participation rate of 95%, and the positive enthusiasm of students has been greatly enhanced. This has not only reverberated the spirit of the upper class about students running 1,500 meters per day, but also greatly improved the physical fitness of students.

Third, earnestly strengthen the relationship between home and school. In order to truly improve the quality of home-school contact, the semester has developed various systems for parents' schools and carried out activities. It also puts forward certain requirements for class teachers or other teachers to make schools, families and society more closely connected and build a three-dimensional education network.

Fourth, there are problems

1. The health work system is not operability, which affects the inspection.

2. The work arrangement of the department staff is not perfect, and the work enthusiasm needs to be strengthened.

3. "Reading uselessness" affects a large number of students. As the saying goes: "The poor do not study, the roots are difficult to rule, and the rich do not study and do not last long."

4, unhealthy Internet access, disunity, gangs, fights, and theft have occurred from time to time.

5. Smoking, drinking, gambling, etc. are also found.
