Summary of the work of moral education directors in 2019

Since September XX, I have been the director of the National Small Moral Education Center and the director of the Education and Research Office of Xinchengzi Township. According to the relevant requirements of the school, the following duties are as follows.

First, the main work completed

Since taking office, I have always defined my duties and position. Actively assist the competent principals to do a good job in school management, do a good job in moral education and education and scientific research, so that the work can be carried out in a sound and orderly manner. The main work completed this year:

1. Moral education work. Thanks to the correct leadership of the new team, the school has strengthened the regular management of moral education , which has improved and improved the campus environment, indoor environment, campus culture and student basic civilization.

The school mainly carried out the following moral education activities: Olympics, civilization, and new wind activities; education, unbounded, unrecognized donations, and donations to earthquake-stricken areas; in September, the National Spiritual Education Month series, held a "Happy Golden Autumn" The motherland theme group meeting.

The propaganda and education activities of “Ten to Ten Don’t Do” and the “Ten Needs and Ten Don’s” squadron evaluation activities; continued the grateful education activities. The textbook of moral education is supplemented, from 10 lessons to 16 lessons and more than 23,000 words. The selection activities of civilized students, outstanding students, excellent classes and outstanding young pioneers; children's eyes on Liaoning essay writing activities; commemorating the commemoration activities of the 60th anniversary of Shenyang's liberation; organized a variety of holiday practice activities; completed the evaluation of students' moral character. Safety education and comprehensive governance work were carried out. The Society for Health and Welfare conducted a food hygiene publicity week and publicity and education on the prevention and treatment of AIDS.

Organized class teacher training 16 times. Participated in moral education training organized by the urban area. Organized teachers to seriously study the newly revised "Chinese Small Teachers' Professional Ethics Code."

The survey and statistics work of migrant children and left-behind children in the township was completed, and the investigation of the poor students and the information reporting work enabled some poor students to receive funding.

2. Education and research work. The opening of the experimental project of the Harmony Moral Education of the Central Institute of Education was carried out; the research work of the provincial parent school experimental school continued. Answered the consultation of the teacher business. Completed the preparation of the school's "2019 Education Yearbook".

3. External publicity work. Completed the information reporting work of Shenbei New District Education Network and Shenyang China Xiaodeyu.com, published more than 40 pieces of information, 4 papers, 1 research report, 1 school-based textbook, and 15 student works. He published the 6th issue of " Daiyu Monthly" and published it on the China Xiaodeyu Network. The Red Scarf Broadcasting Station broadcasts regularly, and the Young Pioneers’ Board is promptly replaced. He has made his own contribution to the improvement of the school's social image.

4. Open government affairs. Timely upload and update the relevant content of the website of our school in Shenbei New District Government Information Open Network, with more than 50,000 words and more than 130 files and information. The contents of the school affairs public board report are updated in a timely manner.

5. Leadership assignments. For the Department of Moral Education , the drafting of the “Shenzhen New District Traditional Virtue Demonstration Zone Creation Plan” was completed, with more than 14,000 words. The finishing and drafting of materials in our district in Shenyang China Moral Education Network was completed. Completed the summary reporting work and other tasks for the list of students in Shenyang.

Achievements. The school won the National Youth Eco-Environmental Log Competition Award and the advanced unit for the winter vacation work; I was awarded the advanced individual of the community education in Shenyang; the students received 10 essay awards from the provinces and autonomous regions.

Second, the main problems exist

Since the beginning of the work of the Central Committee, I have been constantly reflecting on the moral education and work of the school. Insufficient, it needs to be further improved in the future.

Because of my work, I have to deal with 9 departments including the Education Bureau's Moral Education , Youth Education Office, Administrative Office, Poverty Student Financial Assistance Center and Education Foundation, Teacher School Education and Research Office, Moral Education Research Office, Education Society, and Education Office. Business transactions take a lot of time, and it is inevitable that they will lose sight of one another. In the future, we must strengthen our own management, coordinate the working relationship of the Moral Education Department, and continue to improve work efficiency.

Overcoming the objective difficulties of the school in terms of hardware, continue to strengthen the construction of campus culture, continue to improve the basic quality of students as the core, strengthen the characteristics of moral education , and closely cooperate with the Security and Safety Department and the Department of Physical and Welfare, and strive to make our school a student civilization. Rural small school with clean campus, comfortable teachers and environmental safety.
