How to put the moral education work into practice, so that students know good and evil, beautiful and ugly, healthy and progressive, and positive and enterprising, is the center of school work. Summarizing the moral education work of this year, it is necessary to observe the gains and losses and gradually form the characteristics of Dacheng’s small moral education work, and further develop into a small culture of Dacheng.

In the last semester, Dacheng moved to a new location and absorbed more than 100 freshmen. In this environment, one of the key points of school work is to stabilize students, eliminate the psychological contrast of students, and let the excellent behavior of the old students drive the new students as soon as possible. The culture is integrated. An obvious feature of moral education at this stage is the study of the Code of Pupils, the Code of Conduct for Primary School Students. Through the study, the students gradually become clear that they should be qualified in the school to adjust their behavior; through the adjustment of the red and blue points, the students develop a sense of progress and enter the normal track. Then reorganize the leadership team of the Young Pioneers to lay the foundation for the development of independent activities. Third, the class teacher trains the class cadres and uses the overall public opinion of the school to build the class. Under the joint efforts of leaders and teachers, the campus culture under the new environment has been initially formed.

This semester is based on the foundation laid by the class, the school spirit, the rule awareness, and the Young Pioneers organization in the last semester. The “Lideshuren” is the primary task of moral education . With the principle of being close to students, close to life and close to the society, aiming at developing good behavior habits, we will carry out ideal education, national spirit education, honesty education, behavior development education, legal education, mental health education, safety education, etc. The way is to seize the three main lines: "Standards of Daily Behavior of Primary School Students", the work of the Young Pioneers, and "10 Individual Self-cultivation of Dacheng Elementary School Students". The following work has been specifically implemented:

1. Reciting the "Standards of Daily Behavior of Primary School Students".

2. Implement the “Standards for Daily Behavior of Primary School Students”. Five grades of the pacesetters were evaluated in each class, and their deeds were written and commended.

3, red and blue points summary, each class has a more prominent red points, the moral education department gave them a photo recognition.

4. Establish the Shaoxing Brigade Broadcasting Station, the acquisition station, organize the flag-raising and enrollment ceremony.

5. Evaluate the “Dacheng Small Individual Cultivation 10 Articles” as a standard and evaluate the warm classroom.

Each of the above work includes the hard work of the teachers. If you tell every detail, I am afraid that I can’t finish it in one morning. The time relationship can only be omitted.

Inadequacies:

1. There are several things that have not been implemented in the project, such as dormitory construction, road team inspection, etc. Both of these aspects are related to our hardware facilities, such as the placement of items in the dormitory and the washing of students in the road team. However, there are also subjective problems in it. For example, the meeting of life teachers is less and the supervision is less. The “Standards for Dormitory Standards” issued has become a form; the implementation of accommodation and accompanying meals is not very strict, and there are many problems to be explored. In addition, the work experience of the class teacher has not been saved in written materials, so that some good methods have not been promoted; teaching and educating people is an old topic. Is it only the teaching of infertility to fulfill the responsibility of a teacher? Can educators promote teaching? Depending on what the student is, if the parent is a concept, etc.

2. Some students in the sixth grade of this year advocated fighting. It is a fashion to fight in their consciousness to solve problems. This kind of atmosphere is like a relay race. The sixth grade has not gone yet, and the fifth graders have already reached out. How to make a good connection between Xiaoliu and the state, how to change the aesthetics of "fighting is a hero" left to students in the current era is a topic we should study.

3. There is no small matter on the campus. Any action of the child is the expression of their thoughts. Applying some principles of psychology and education to solve the problem is the fundamental feature of the teacher's work.
