According to the deployment of the school leaders, the assistance project identified by our school is to build a “multimedia classroom” for the village. On May 15th, XX, the school began to send a team of contractors to build multimedia classrooms. After four days of hard work, the main project of the multimedia classroom was completed, including ceilings, wires, fans, podiums, eyebrows, blackboards, iron windows, iron gates, etc. The multimedia classroom is designed in accordance with the high standards of teaching modernization, making the classroom not only a place for modern teaching, but also a conference room for school faculty and staff. The classroom is now lacking only relevant electrical equipment, tables, chairs and curtains that are not installed and are estimated to be completed in the near future.
Actively study and practice the scientific concept of development and put it into practice. I humbly listened to the opinions of the village leaders and cadres, and put forward some opinions on construction in accordance with the principles and spirit of the scientific development concept and the actual work. For example, the demolition work in the early stage of Hanjiang's defense and reinforcement expansion project is the focus of work in the second half of the year. **The village is responsible for more than 70 households. Due to the need to directly face the people, it involves the vital interests of the people, the work is difficult, and the enthusiasm of individual cadres is not high. After encountering this problem, as a member of the working group, in accordance with the theory of xxxx and the concept of scientific development, do a good job in the ideological work of individual cadres, so that cadres can form a joint force, overcome difficulties, do a good job in the work of the people, and make demolition. The work is controllable and orderly, and the work of 70% of the relocated households has been completed.
I voluntarily accept the leadership of the local party organization, actively report to the dispatched units to work in the village, and strive to let the leaders understand the actual situation and problems encountered in the rural areas, so that the leaders can attach importance to the village and help work; in the work in the village, I He also visited the party members and people many times, understood the living conditions of the people, cared about the sufferings of the people, and worked hard to solve problems for the people in light of the situation of the units. According to the layout of the school, according to the survey of the village, the list of special poor households, low-income households, and suffering students in the village was allocated 9,000 yuan to help their economy. With the help of the village committees, according to financial discipline, the money has been handed over to them.

However, due to the limited capacity of my unit, there is still a big gap compared to the performance of other units.
