Everything starts from scratch. All the work is done while learning, so the business progress is not very satisfactory. The solution is to continuously strengthen learning and self-cultivation, constantly cultivate your knowledge and skills in all aspects, and become a business expert who will create benefits for the company as soon as possible. Through this period of contact and visits to the Hengshui market, I have developed certain customer communication skills, which can be completed independently for daily business contacts and market visits.

2, due to the uncertainty of the company's business direction, resulting in a lot of time and energy waste.

In the early stage, due to the disagreement and opinions of colleagues, the business could not be carried out normally.
