As for myself, I struggled very hard for a year in 2019. It is a struggle, because work is more challenging than one. It is necessary to defeat oneself at a stage and then to improve. This year I was transferred to the company four times, and the scope of work has been adjusted no less than seven times. I have never done such a challenging job. However, fortunately, it has been a year.

My first post adjustment was transferred from the Strategic Research Center to the online editorial department for editing after the New Year. The position was first a data analyst and later became a senior editor. Mainly responsible for the collection and entry of data on real estate prices, the analysis of data, the entry of real estate articles, and the writing of manuscripts in the real estate section of the newspaper editorial center. Even the daily average price of real estate transactions in each city can find a fixed website, and then calculate the weekly average price, monthly average price, quarterly average price, and semi- annual average price, perform statistical analysis, and complete original articles in newspapers and websites. In fact, it is mainly to lay a good foundation for the price market. I originally planned to become the career direction of the editor of the channel of a financial website. Also preparing to study the second-hand housing in Guangzhou. As a result, it was transferred to the company in less than half a year.

The second post this year was to transfer to the Strategic Research Center and write a book. I moved to the office for the third time this year. The result was busy for a few days, and was transferred to write another book. I had to go out for research and have been investigating for two or three months. Of course, many problems have been overcome in the middle. Look for people in government departments to do research, find people in industry associations to do research, and find people in the industry's leading enterprises to do research, these people are not too good to find. Relatively speaking, the association is easier to get, and the boss of the government is easier to handle than the big companies. A girl who runs in a strange area or a strange industry is still a bit hard, and sometimes she can't find a way. I have to work overtime to sort out the information in the evening. I don’t dare to rest on Sunday, because I have to do a local survey in a week, and I have to write a qualified research report of about 10,000 words. After writing for more than two months, the professional level has improved a lot, and I have struggled for eight or nine places. In fact, when I wrote the third place, I already had some familiarity. But different places require different writing styles and formats, so they work hard to find different writing templates and styles. Later, the project to write a book was stranded. I changed my job again.

The third job is to do business. Pull the business to the research project. It is mainly to recommend advertising projects to customers, and it has been working for almost 3 weeks. A lot of small and medium-sized customers have gone, and they have been running in industrial parks in different places. Coupled with the bad weather, it is always raining. The local marketing department is not very cooperative. In fact, I feel that I have to do a lot of things to learn as a salesman. First of all, my face is not thick enough. I heard that the salesman should be able to do it with a thick skin. I feel that I am far away from my family and I have never thought of the unreachable performance goals. Being a salesman and selling ads is really harder than selling products, especially for conceptual advertising. I feel that it is too costly to start a salesman from scratch. When I was doing research, I encountered difficulties and thought that it was not the hardest thing anyway. At least I don’t want to save money from his pocket, just ask some information. But now, it's really a customer's pocket, and it's a big pocket, the difficulty can be imagined. And by the end of the year, the boss is busy, trying to collect money everywhere, and busy with the budget and plans for the coming year. I really took the idea of ​​retreating in this position. When I came back, I said that I changed positions with the leaders. Later, the project was not carried out to the extent of the highest efficiency expected, and was stranded again.

The fourth job is to do it after New Year's Day in 2019, and is planning to make a magazine. I am responsible for two of these columns. Because this magazine is academic, although it has done research before, but such efficient output is also a challenge for itself. I hope this magazine will work properly. Don't run aground again. I really don't want my hard work to be wasted again.

Sometimes I feel that doing these word work and planning work is a very enviable job, but in fact, very tired. Very very tired. And now the department is a strategic research center, the project is adjusted at any time, and various projects, we are all acting as pioneers. It is even more challenging. However, after the past, the improvement in experience is affirmative. I feel that the harvest that I can see this year is that the research report written last year has been compiled into a book published in the industry. There is also a lot of my real estate analysis articles published in the newspapers. The article on the website has been published a lot, but because the influence of the website itself is not enough, the influence is not great. Another important achievement is to cultivate a character that dares to fight and fight, and the efficiency of doing things is very high. Here, a task is going to be executed very quickly, and any difficulties will be encountered. You have to find a way to solve it. Otherwise, it is very difficult to work here. Others, I met many good colleagues in this team. When faced with difficulties, everyone faced them together. I think that only the talents in this department can do this. The boss personally gave us training, so that we have a certain understanding in a company's product design, strategic planning and other more strategic aspects.
