2019 personal work summary

2019 is an extraordinary year for me. Before I was about to enter, I finally understood my attitude towards life, the direction of life, and proved by practical actions that others can do, I It can also be done, which will lay a solid foundation for my future development.

The attitude of life must be active and courageous. I won’t say much here, and there’s a lot of nonsense. I just know that after I have faced everything with a positive attitude, everything has changed. I feel that opportunities are everywhere and good fortune is everywhere. I want to be active. The direction of life. I remember that at the Top Ten Journalists Awards Evening, I said, "Broadcasting is a big stage, I will continue to work hard to constantly interpret new and exciting." This sentence also explains my new view on broadcasting. Broadcasting is not only mine. A job for earning a living is a career in my life. Xiangfan Broadcasting has just entered the tens of thousands of dynasties, and it is not waiting for us. It has more markets waiting for us to explore. Whether it is a reporter, a host or an advertising person, it will usher in a new and exciting era. My life development direction has been closely linked to the broadcast. I will actively participate in the broadcasting industry, seek extraordinary achievements in ordinary positions, and live up to the expectations of my predecessors.

Breakthrough in revenue generation. This is my only achievement in 2019, and it may not be eye-catching in the eyes of others, but it is very important to me because it proves that I also have this ability. In the past years, my advertising revenue performance was very general, the customers were single, and the lack of excavation was often comforted by the fact that “this is a sideline business”. However, at the beginning of this year, I asked myself to achieve breakthroughs and achieve career transformation, so I took the initiative to join the administrative industry office. After a year of hard work, although the goal has not been achieved, the completion of the task of more than 80,000 yuan has proved that I have this strength. It has proved that I can basically achieve news and income generation, so I am also full of 2019. Looking forward to it.

Of course, the summary can't just report good news or not. For my work in 2019, I think there are a few points that need to be strengthened;

First, the writing skills need to be further strengthened. It is not only to read more books, but also to write more news. It is also necessary to summarize and write papers. Therefore, in the process of writing a thesis, you can sum up your own thoughts, your own experience, and also the comprehensive tempering of your own abilities.

Second, the training of Mandarin. From some advertisers, I have seen a valuable spirit of courageous and bold attempts. Mandarin has always been my weakness, and I have been avoiding this problem in my work. Actually, there is nothing. I should boldly say that boldly speaking, bold training can even sprint to the position of the host. Maybe some people find it very ridiculous, but in 2019 I have to attack the hardship.

Third, the ability of news planning and event planning is too weak. In these respects, I have hardly considered it seriously and have not made some achievements. However, with the development of advertising revenue generation, these will be an important issue that I have to face.

Fourth, psychological adjustment is not enough, is a stumbling block for me to become a composite talent. This is an old problem for many years, but fortunately at least this year, advertising has achieved certain results, although the main news industry has fallen. I think it is already 30 years old. I should strengthen my psychological adjustment and learn to bear the weight. I can't take sesame seeds and lose watermelon.
