In order to show the overall level of the well team as a bargaining chip for the Algerian project, the drilling team conducted a rig test installation in the area. I urge you. In order to better master advanced drilling technology, I also plan to learn a lot of professional knowledge, understand advanced drilling technology, understand the development of the industry, and organize the whole team to learn new knowledge. In order to effectively integrate the personal and equipment to make it work together, I supervised and personally participated in various employee training activities, demanding myself as a Communist Party member, taking the lead and asking the well team to establish a new spiritual outlook and improve the overall operation level of the advanced drilling rig. Most of our team members are young and have low proficiency, but they have a good pioneering spirit, are brave enough to learn new knowledge, dare to be first, and can learn advanced knowledge as soon as possible, open up their horizons, and improve their thinking. This is also my own. A place to be gratified.

Second, strengthen management, be strict with self-discipline, and improve the appearance of the project outside the well team

2009 is a memorable year for the company. The company's first ultra-deep well, Xuwenx Well, started in Xuwen County, Guangdong Province. This is a great opportunity for the company to improve its comprehensive strength. It is also a great opportunity for the 70199 drilling team and for improving their skills. The extraterritorial project is no better than home. In order to lay the well of Xuwen×3, the 70199 team overcomes various difficulties in operating outside the domain. From the management of equipment to the strengthening of public safety, from the requirements of external image to the safe production of the whole team, I have always spare no effort. I deeply ponder that only by strengthening the management and taking the lead in self-discipline, improving the discipline of the well team and standardizing the image of the well team is the top priority. To this end, I will emphasize the importance of the image of the extraterritorial project after each shift, reminding everyone to have the overall concept and to implement it in practice. Doing a good job in the construction of the spirit team of the well team can make everyone more motivated, more confident and determined, and lay the well of Xu Wen × 3.

Third, rigorous and modest, bold and careful, and then difficult to close

The most important thing for a team is unity. There must be a kind of cohesiveness and a kind of tacit understanding to get the job done the most. At the same time, in order to improve production for maximum efficiency, the team members are also required to have certain technical standards and operational proficiency. On the basis of knowing the truth, they will boldly and boldly improve the combat effectiveness of the well team. There are more sadness, and with higher ideology and technical standards, it is even more difficult to get through.
