September 1st, 2019 is a very special day for me. It was the first day of my official work. I didn't expect that there were so many unexpected incidents that I didn't expect, including spending a lot of thoughts and not achieving the desired results. Now that one year is over, sitting at the computer and knocking on this work summary is really a lot of emotions. This year I experienced a lot of first time: the first time I opened the class, the first time I took the test paper. The first review... So for the first time, let me grow up from a fresh graduate to a decent people teacher.
Looking back on the growth of this year, I gradually achieved "busy and chaotic" by "busy, chaotic". Below, I report on my growth in this year from several aspects.
First, teaching work
1, carefully preparing lessons
In order to take a good class, you must prepare a class. At the beginning, I did not master the method of preparing lessons. It took a lot of time, but I could not achieve the desired effect. From teaching to questioning skills, from the difficulty of grasping to the analysis of homework, I grew up in exploration, harvested in failure, and gradually mastered the method of preparing lessons, trying to achieve the best with the least amount of time. The effect is to improve the efficiency of the class step by step. My teaching plan was written in detail, and the reflection was timely. In the normal inspection of the school, I was praised by the teaching and research team leader.
2, put in class
A successful class requires students to learn easily, learn easily, and have a good time. In order to improve the efficiency of the classroom, I carefully studied the supplementary materials, did not miss any knowledge points, and did not understand the questions to the teacher of the same grade with rich experience. I am bold in trying various new teaching methods in the classroom, such as editing questions, quizzes, class discussions, etc. In each class, I fully consider the learning needs and learning abilities of each level, so that students at all levels can be improved. Nowadays, students generally reflect that they like to take math classes. Even students who used to hate mathematics are happy to attend classes.

In order not to make the class polarized, I used the spare time to tutor the students, and the effect was very good. I arrived at the school almost 6:20 every day, and took advantage of this period of time before the morning class to provide special counseling for students with criticality and excellent criticality to improve the pass rate and excellent rate of the class. 6, excellent student results
The teacher teaches well, and the student's grades best explain the problem. During the past year of teaching, the six or six classes I have taught have achieved excellent results in both the district and the town. In the middle and end of the first semester, the town is unified. The sixth grade mathematics averages twice in the town, and the two excellent grades of the six classes I teach are the first in the grade; the second semester is the district exam.
