The busy and fulfilling school year has been successfully completed, and a brief summary of the work of the school year is now available.
Political and ideological: Since the beginning of the school year, as always, I love the party's education and pursue work as a career. Seriously study the teaching philosophy of the new curriculum and form a relatively complete knowledge structure. Students are strictly required to respect students, promote teaching democracy, and make students love learning and learning. In teaching, students grow together, thus constantly improving their teaching standards and ideological consciousness.
Education and teaching: In teaching, students are treated like their own children, and they are lenient. Strive to pay attention to every student, do not abandon, do not give up any student, put the education in the first place.
In teaching, I pay more attention to how to teach well. First focus on reflection before class. In the past year, under the guidance of leaders and colleagues, some preliminary achievements have been made. Four papers were awarded and published, and more than 10 teaching essays were published. There are two online teaching and research courses that have won the national first and second grades respectively. One class won the second prize at the municipal level, and two classes won the first prize at the district level. Was rated as a model reformer in Zaozhuang City. Participated in the XX high school remote training, was awarded the title of excellent tutor, and was awarded the title of network teaching and research expert by the New Century National Mathematics Research Base.
