The biggest difficulty in working is to look at the address but can't find a resident. We are not very familiar with Luzhou. There is a Zhangzhou girl in the group who has helped us a lot. There is also the director of the neighborhood committee. One day, when we couldn't find it, we called for help. The director said very quickly that I could come to us in 5 minutes. Through this social practice, I have learned a lot:

First, improving ability is very important. The Director of the HIPC said that when we trained us, this task was very simple. But we also need us to "consolidate similar items." More than 200 sub-streets, sub-districts, and sub-building numbers are sorted out. How to choose transportation is a problem we have to think about. Although simple, it takes time. This should also be called a capability.

Second, I have never been sociable. When you talk to strangers, you will always be nervous. Be good at communicating with others in society. After a period of work, I have learned more people. How to communicate well with others, this technology requires long-term practice. There are not many opportunities for work in the past, so that when I talk to others, I will not be tempted. It will make the conversation cold and the speech is not euphemistic. This is very embarrassing. Our team had problems communicating at work, and I even had a quarrel with another team member. Fortunately, we solved the problem after the quarrel. I still don't know how to finish it if I don't work. I really want to thank her. It was she who took the step. People in society will be integrated into the society. People work together to do things, making them more harmonious in their work, and doing more with less. The opinions that others give you, you must listen, be patient, and accept with humility.

Third, when you encounter problems, be brave and calm to deal with. We didn't care too much when the director gave us a vaccination. I feel that those are very far away. Can really meet like unfriendly cooperation, when we want to hide the false report, we can not toughly reject them, find various reasons to first smother the past to ensure that we can safely leave their home. When coming out of these households, there is always a feeling of escape. Some exaggeration is possible. In fact, anyone who is born will be able to do anything. When he was a child, he was not afraid of fear. He tried to eat a loss and was afraid. When you overcome psychological obstacles, everything becomes easy to solve.
